Be aware of this micky mouse company

Be aware of this micky mouse company. They don't care about customer and they will do everything to rip you off. I had recently got remortgage done via HSBC and Optima was taking care of legal side. As per mortgage offer from HSBC, legal cost was included. To my surprise, they sent me a redemption figure within 2 weeks from completion due date stating their charges. I had no choice but to pay them as it was too late to find another provider. They are rude over the phone and show no empathy or care towards vulnerable customers. They would force you to contact them via portal even if you make them aware of your vulnerability. I asked to log a complaint and they lied and logged a concern. I have escalated this matter to the ombudsman as they should not be allowed to trade. I shall also get in touch with FCA to report them for their mal practices and misleading customers. Stay away from them if you do not want to impact your mental health. I wish I could give them scores in minus that they actually deserve.

I am most impressed as I have been since last couple of years for golden five star customer service along with the best price that they offer . It brings me back Everytime. I have spoken to Parul on numerous occasions when I book my flights and does she ever give up, hell no. I am a difficult customer who wants the best and Parul has always been so very Patient, helpful and gives me the best advice. She has never declined any request and happily helps me every time. She is very experienced and would do everything to help customer. I spoke to Ranbir yesterday since Parul was not in the office. He did exactly the same and restored my faith. I have once again got the best ever deal and booked my flights with them. Management should be proud of both of these staff as they truly reflect what a good customer service is and how to give customer the best customer experience. I am a very happy customer and I would always recommend them as I have been doing for all these years.Thank you so much for your efforts and top class service xx

I am most impressed with Bob who …

I am most impressed with Bob who arranged my purchase at such a reasonable price. He is very dedicated and always returned my calls and kept me abreast with the progress throughout. I shall definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and certainly use them in the future. Thank you Bob for all your help.
