I have never been a fan of estate agents but right from the start Ken and his team have been very helpful and proactive during the sale of my property and they managed to negotiate a better price then I was expecting. The team have a can do attitude and always are polite and friendly

Thank you so much for renting our properties and finding good tenants. The rent is always paid on time, Henley’s rent and manage our properties in hounslow, Kensington and Ealing. Ken and Mikhil explained everything so clearly, no fine print nonsense. The tenants are great and no issues. They take care of all the works within their team and email me with updates and invoices. It has made my life so much easier being a landlord who travels so much.

I am a property developer and I hired Henleys estate agent to sell a few properties. They was one of the best estate agent I have ever used in my career. Bob was fantastic in keeping me up to date. Being honest with me and making me feel relaxed during the whole process.

reply as u mentioned so many thing this is all lie couse u want to cover up your unprofessional response I call somany time to u r office they dint reply to me i speak each and every one of ur team i share my problem but they said dont call us we cant do anything and end of the day u keep my deposit and now u saying ur team work hard .ur company work hard to not help of any tenet .they work hard to keep there deposite i will advise other people to dont deal with ur company

this agency is a very unprofessional agency which refused to help me with my situation. they would constantly charge me repairs which werent supposed to be charged. i had issues with my hot water and cooker for 3 years where i had to order take away everyday. despite that they still wouldnt fix the issue. the landlords are very rude as would abruptly come into the house ay early hours and abuse me and my family verbally. this is the worst agency i have been with and i domt recommend anyone to rent a house from then. they are veey biased company and will alwaus side with the landlord. they never give the deposit back.
