this agency is a very unprofessional…
this agency is a very unprofessional agency which refused to help me with my situation. they would constantly charge me repairs which werent supposed to be charged. i had issues with my hot water and cooker for 3 years where i had to order take away everyday. despite that they still wouldnt fix the issue. the landlords are very rude as would abruptly come into the house ay early hours and abuse me and my family verbally. this is the worst agency i have been with and i domt recommend anyone to rent a house from then. they are veey biased company and will alwaus side with the landlord. they never give the deposit back.
