I live in the Akin Golden Triangle

I live in the Akin Golden Triangle. The sales team of Landing was very difficult to work with as information and pricing kept changing. I had to call almost every day for over a week before I could finalize the apartment due to an incompetent sales team. However, when I finally reached the property manager from Landings side named Anne, she took great care of me and has been a great communicator as I arrived to a gorgeous apartment in a great building. I love how Landings furnished the apartment. The unit was very clean, and I have been thrilled here. While there is a lot of construction surrounding the building, the building itself is extremely quiet and I don’t hear the construction at all. This was something that I was concerned about before moving in because I work from home, but it has truly not been a problem. I’m even thinking about extending my 2 1/2 month lease. The location is top notch and great for dog owners, such as myself. I am extremely happy now that I have arrived in the building!! Anne has continued to be super communicative through my move in and after. My recommendation is to stop communicating with the Landings sales team and connect with the Landings property manager.

I have had a pleasant experience using Landing. I was locked out of the apartment for 14-15 hours.

I have had a pleasant experience using Landing… until I didn’t. I came home after being out all day, went to unlock my door, and nothing happened. No light, no numbers to type in a code, absolutely nothing. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it per instructions I found online and nothing seemed to work. I ended up calling and talking to a woman named Isabel who said the battery was out on my lock and that she would figure out what to do and call me back. I was told there would either be someone coming out or they would send me information to have me stay in another unit that night. This happened around 4:00pm and I heard absolutely nothing from them. I ended up having to pay to get all my nightly essentials from the store and had to stay the night at a hotel next door. EXTREMELY unprofessional. The next morning I contact them again and was sent a door code… which baffled me considering I said the battery was out and I couldn’t even type in an access code. I contacted them at 6:00 and finally at 7:30 they sent a local locksmith out. The locksmith said he could not fix the lock and he ended up calling Landing who told the locksmith to break the lock and replace it with the original deadbolt, which keep in mind was not anywhere to be found in the apartment. The locksmith ended putting a new lock on my door and gave me the keys. Landing did absolutely nothing to help the situation, except call a locksmith 14 hours after my original complaint, which if I would have known that was the solution they were going to offer me I would have called a locksmith myself last night. I am repulsed by the behavior of this company and to top it all off, nobody has called me to check and make sure everything was okay. My piece of advice to you? Go with AirBnB cause Landing doesn’t care about your wellbeing whatsoever.

Absolutely unacceptable experience

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived after a 26-hour drive to find an apartment that was not only disgusting but clearly not cleaned before my arrival. There was a moldy very stinky hairball in the sink, brown stains on towels, black hair all over the bed and sheets, and a stain on the mattress cover. The apartment didn’t even have a trash bag — I had to walk to the store, clean and throw away someone else’s filth. I submitted multiple issue reports with photos through their platform and followed up with a direct text. Not one meaningful response. The only offer I received was $50 off for a cleaning fee I would still have to pay for, as well as someone coming to “swap out towels” or “clean the sink” after I had already taken care of it myself. For $2,400/month, I expected a professionally cleaned, move-in-ready home — not a biohazard. This level of neglect, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is shocking for a company that claims to provide “fully managed” and “hassle-free” rentals. If you are specifically considering the unit in Denver CO in “The battery on Blake street” just be aware that the upstairs neighbors like to vacuum their floors at 12 am and stomp around all night and morning. I never got more than 5 hours of sleep each night. If you value your time, health, and money, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Excellent Short Term Furnished Rentals

Your company assisted us with a difficult situation when we needed short term, furnished rentals for our student interns. I am working with Jazmin Rico Ruiz, who was in communication with me daily until we found the right fit. She worked with my dates, was very pleasant, and responded quickly. I was very happy to have found the Landing and to work with Jazmin.

Scam company

This is the worst company. We had nothing but problems for 5 months, all the properties were terrible and had nothing but problems, some were so outdated and not luxury at all. We refused to stay in one anymore and they still charged us for a month that we didn't use and now that payment is on my credit report as a negative after they said it would be removed because it wasnt valid. I've been lied to many times, they said it would be removed 3 times and it's still on there. Management is terrible. Response time is terrible. Now it's time to get a lawer involved. SCAM!!!!

SCAM

This company has been charging me for annual memberships over the past two years that I have tried cancelling on numerous occasions. When I last called they tried gaslighting me into thinking that I had a current reservation (which is insane, I know where I currently live...) based off of a CANCELLED reservation I had made in 2023. They store your account and payment info, and the only way to delete it/cancel anything is on their end. This company is a total scam, don't get involved unless you're cool with them having your info and charging you forever.

I've stayed with Landing in Aurora…

I've stayed with Landing in Aurora Colorado for a little over 2 years now, and have had an excellent experience with them. The entire process has been extremely easy with them, from move in to even changing apartments when I wanted something bigger. Anne is the manager I've dealt with (whenever I had any questions), and she's always been very responsive and helpful!

Negative News: An Update on my previous 5 star rating

6/7/2025 Update: HelloLanding did NOT handle my issues within the promised 7 Day Guarantee period. They offered $250 compensation (the same as they give for a referral) and waived my final cleaning fee ($150). BTW, read it carefully. All they offer is to "allow you" to move and not necessarily within the same property!! My last stay had response issues with the 24/7 "help" line, but the actual apartment lived up to the advertisement (curated, home experience). This unit did not. No walkthrough was conducted. It was NOT cleaned well unless you are a student (nasty air vents, dirty kitchen fixtures, dirty floors except in the middle, etc.). It is in serious need of a repair and paint job (looks like student housing). There was broken furniture on my porch that took 2 weeks or more to replace. Temporary "supplies" were few and USED! Broken lights in bath and kitchen. No blanket for bed and extremely thin cotton bed linens. Kitchen was NOT well equipped, warped frying pan, no measuring spoons, serving dishes, etc. The soft-close door to the apartment doesn't "close" all the way. You must always remember to pull it shut after you enter with your hands full of groceries, etc...hopefully no one is lurking around...they think its good enough ladies! MOST importantly, the 24/7 service is nothing more than an answering service now. They will be super polite but can never actually help you. They simply give the message to your GM (who is usually out of state, probably not in your time zone and doesn't work weekends). Blessing did as good a job as she possibly could working within the confines of the Landing Org Structure and company processes and policies. For instance, she had to "escalate" replacing the damaged furniture, but wasn't authorized to do this task from management until long AFTER the 7 day guarantee. When escalating above the GM, district personnel will not set up specific times to call to address issues preferring to say, call whenever, and then they are not available. Wait times have been 15-20 minutes, and then you are told they are "busy" today. Whaaaaat? They have poor relationships with the properties (maintenance in particular) and neither the Landing customer sales people or the GMs are very familiar with the properties/apartments they sell/manage from out of state. I was put in an apartment across from the railroad tracks. He had no idea. I had to cancel multiple business meetings to address these issues. No hit the ground running here, business travelers. And it is NOT a curated, all the joys and safety of home experience. Everyone will always be super nice, but very little will be done especially in a timely manner. I'm going back to corporate housing! It seems they are investing in a lot of technology and not much for boots on the ground. A common practice for Venture Capital start-ups that can run through personnel but use the tech stuff for the next venture. Hourly contractors are used for all the onsite stuff and overworked. GM turnover seems to be high. You will not see your "host" again after being checked in to the apartment. TrustPilot rankings are padded with constant requests for you to rank interactions. I suggest you wait until you understand the product/service in which you have invested before helping out the contract workers who are doing the best they can to pick up the slack.
