Customer Service has gone missing
As far as I can tell, the smtp server has suddenly decided to block my emails as spam to the 50 members of charity of which my wife is secretary. She is now sending to 12 members at a time and these go through. some are blocked randomly. as spam. i sent a customer service request last Sunday but have had no response up to now 4 days later. Last week all the emails I sent to members with BT adresses were blocked as spam despite there being no spammy words on the email. I don't know what is going on but after 15 years or so with Heart when customer service was excellent and queries answered brilliantly something has gone very wrong. I'd like to know why my emails are blocked as spam at smtp level- has my email address been compromised for instance. I could do without this hassle; but customer service seems too busy to answe just when I need them.
