    Terrible

    Booked an appointment online. Went into the store with my bike. My partner also spoke to a lady on the phone and asked if they could look at our bike. They said yes, only to get there after a 10mile drive for a rude member of staff to turn us away because we didn't purchase our bike with Halfords. Nobody told us this before. Called a bike shop around the corner who were happy to help

    Halfords Lichfield - avoid avoid avoid

    Had two tyres changed at Halfords Auto Centre in Lichfield. Awful customer service, damaged my alloy wheel and have denied all responsibility. My alloys are immaculate and have no kerb damage. The damage is clearly not kerb damage and made by a tool/equipment and also impossible by a stone hitting the wheel. Funny how the damage is close to the valve too. The customer complaints team have basically said "nope not us" if you want to raise a complaint to the NCS then please do but we aren't obliged to respond!! The complaints procedure quotes "Our priority is to fully address your concern and provide a resolution that satisfies you." Well guess what Halfords, I'm not satisfied and you are saying tough. My NCS claim is in!

    Premium membership is a waste of time and doesn’t save you money!!! Yet again after purchasing qualifying products that should get Premium membership discount the store didn’t give me any discount! You never get asked if you are a member and even when you tell them you are it’s hit and miss if they apply the discount. Lost another £11 worth of discount after the email receipt has been sent to your email and you have already left the store. Surely they need to retrain staff on asking if the customer is a member so they can get the benefits and then train on how to activate the discount on the tills… A manager from the Loughborough branch called today to reply to the feedback. His answer was that I didn’t buy motor bike or car items so no discount was given and the discount offered on the receipt was a mistake. I explained I did buy bike cleaning products to which his answer was that head office has put the items into the wrong department so that’s why. On asking why no member of staff ever asks at any of you have a Premium benefits he stated it’s not the staff’s job to remind you, it’s your job to remind them and if they forget to add the discount after you mention then it’s your job to check and not the member of staff. He was rude, abrupt and lacked any customer service skills and may be so annoyed I said “I won’t be shopping at Halfords again and not renewing my membership and won’t be using the garage services again” his reply ‘that’s up to you’ and put the phone down me…Wow obviously don’t need the customers at this branch….shame because the shop floor staff are polite and friendly dispute the rude give a toss attitude of the branch manager.

    Very poor customer service

    Very poor customer service, ordered a bike for my daughters birthday. Had to chase and wait long time on calls as cant get directly through to the store bike delivery and then had to chase delivery of additional parts which did not come with order. No apology! Halfords Sunderland and customer services awful services
