I went to replace my wipers. I did have to queue for about 5mins as it was busy but when I got served the girl serving was lovely. She asked me to pull up in a disabled bay while she fitted my wipers and a lady in the car next to me started shouting at me because I was parked in a disabled spot. Your employer remained calm and professional at the time and made light hearted comments to me which made me feel better about the situation. Melanie served me at your Northwich branch

I received an offer email with a QR code which specifically stated I could redeem the offer in store. When trying to redeem this in store I was told it was only available on line. No apology from the manager, and no attempt to resolve the situation - Newton Abbot branch. A complete waste of my time.

i bought a bike for my daughters birthday 4/6 weeks prior to her birthday when i went to build the bike the saddle was missing. i explained that i couldn't find my order number and it was my own mistake and was willing to buy the saddle as i had to proof of purchase but i couldn't get a direct answer from anyone very unhelpful.
