Excellent service from Liam at Halfords Edge Lane today. Gave me advise on a problem bike tyre, insulated it and fitted my new tyre in seconds. Also gave his advise about maintenance. Really appreciated his help thank you.

Phoned Halfords to check stock, after many delays it then tells you to check the website for stock availability. You go to the website and it won't tell you what stock they have, you have to buy it and pick it up an hour later. Last time I did this, it wasn't in the shop I wanted but 1 40 miles away. It's clear Halfords don't want to talk and confirm what they have, they want you to pay and hope that they actually have it. Shit customer service. It took almost an hour and a half, to have the shop cancel the order that they sent to the wrong place so that the shop I was in could give me the product without having to pay twice. So it's deliberately a shit service.

I required some rust primer so went on the Halfords website and searched and found some Nitromors grey rust primer/proofer, checking stock there were 2 available in my local store so I placed an order for collection. 30 minutes later I had notification email that there was a change to my order, I checked and they had cancelled my order, no explanation, nothing.
