I had a great experience with Gymshark’s customer service. When my initial order didn’t arrive, they promptly sent replacements. Once I informed them that I did receive the original parcel, both Suzanne and Christine were incredibly understanding and helpful. Their professionalism and thoughtful approach really stood out and made the whole process stress-free. It’s been a pleasure to experience such outstanding service, especially during my maternity leave. Thank you, GymShark 🫶

Meine Gattin wollte für meine Tochter einen Geschenkgutschein erwerben. Sie hat den Gutschein über die Homepage bestellt, der Betrag wurde von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Im Anschluss folgte eine Benachrichtigung auf der Homepage, dass diese Bestellung als betrügerisch eingestuft würde. Die Rückzahlung des Geldbetrags würde 3 bis 5 Tage in Anspruch nehmen. Wir haben noch nie betrogen und verstehen diese Email als persönlichen Angriff.

Mijn artikel had een klein defect. Dit is gelijk opgelost door de klantenservice. Daarnaast werd er heel snel gereageerd. Een hele fijne service

I returned my items through Evri using the label the company provided, but I still haven’t received my refund. The tracking shows the parcel is likely lost, as it hasn’t been delivered back and hasn’t updated in over a week. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed my concerns, claimed I’m not entitled to a refund, and refused to open an investigation with the carrier—even though that’s their responsibility. I would not recommend buying from this company, and their customer service is absolutely not worth dealing with.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everything is fine until you either need to return something or your goods simply dont get delivered, they have a ridiculous policy of having to wait for days before they will even 'look into it' delay after delay, they simply do not care once they have their money, you have to chase them CONSTANTLY, AVOID - just disgusting customer service..

My account was hacked and my card used to buy a gift card, had no help from Gymshark what so ever

The customer service is a bot that runs you in loops. And when you are supposed to reach a live agent responses are about 15-20 minutes in between and I suspect still a bot as all responses we scripted with formatting. All I needed was for them to chase a delivery that is almost a week late. After over an hour of effort all I got was a free delivery coupon for my next order (yeah right) and the tracking link which hasn't been updated in a week. My issue here is with the incredibly bad customer service. Update: sorry the below response is not good enough. No new information was provided. That is the point, excuses are not going to change anyone's opinion of the service. Please take this seriously, and actually attempt to locate my order would be a step in the right direction.

Great products. Would advise not to have your branding on packing

It was my first time purchasing from Gymshark. I have bought a Gymshark Everyday Seamless All in One - Black, the material is really soft and it looks great on, the only let down is how see through it is, definitely not squat approved… I have paid £38 for it and was honestly expecting it to be great quality and not so see through.

Ordered a few things for my grandson and granddaughter for Xmas was easy to use and the reviews folk left was helpful unfortunately had to return a few things but it was so straightforward as I was panicking got choice of exchange so that was helpful would definitely keep ordering and reading reviews items good quality and ideal for Xmas gifts

I'm very happy with Gymshark gym gear. BUT earlier this month I received a discount voucher for my birthday. Nice! Except that my birthday is some months away. It appears that the day and month have been transposed into that awful US format. After several chat messages with Gymshark customer services they claim that the error can't be corrected because of data protection. I'm not convinced.
