Terrible customer service – and they still have my money
I returned my items through Evri using the label the company provided, but I still haven’t received my refund. The tracking shows the parcel is likely lost, as it hasn’t been delivered back and hasn’t updated in over a week. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed my concerns, claimed I’m not entitled to a refund, and refused to open an investigation with the carrier—even though that’s their responsibility. I would not recommend buying from this company, and their customer service is absolutely not worth dealing with.
