Lovely sales pitch from Dan who convinced me how amazing the meals are and how versatile for veggie meat eaters

Normally I wouldn't sign up for things like this (especially not when commuting home), but after looking at the meals on offer and the meal plans' delivery outline I was asked if I needed any help deciding. Jodie offered to help, answered my questions and gave her own experience, and in the end I decided to try it out. Top marks to Jodie and her attentiveness/knowledge when it came to my questions!

Although I have cancelled my subscription due to being told every ingredient will be 100% organic and it isnt the truth, I have to say the Mousakka is delicious, easy & very filling. All ingredients were very fresh. If it was all organic I would’ve continued the subscription. Recipes sound amazing though! Thank you for the fast help regarding my subscription and taking the time to reply to my email

Hiba Jan in Bournemouth today was the loveliest and kindest salesperson Ive ever met. I used to work in retail and would have been proud of the sale, she balanced the selling of the product with genuine interest in the customer so well. Felt like we really got on well and had a lot in common. She made the product work well for me and sold it to my lifestyle as a Biology Teacher. Felt like I made a friend today which was lovely.

Daisy did a great job explaining the benefits of the subscription, the flexibility, the planet and the charitable donation. Meals look great Didn’t miss a beat when I said I was already a hello fresh customer….. So good I left my flat white with oat milk on the stand at Marylebone station - hope you enjoyed it Daisy 😆

The employee was a very nice person, his name Flilp explained to me all the offers and explained the product idea clearly and in easy language because my first language is not English and he was very kind and helpful with my questions.

Couldn’t shake the sales representatives at Glasgow Central Station. I told them from the get-go that I am not at home enough to justify a food box subscription. After a casual conversation, the rep then decided to start guilt tripping me as I wouldn’t buy the recipe boxes for my partner as a “treat”. I know they need to sell subscriptions but why not emphasise on the product/service: how good it is for the planet to eat sustainably and that you don’t have to compromise on quality in order to achieve this?
