Met a really lovely guy called Manuel outside London Bridge station today. He was very informative and told me lots about your service. I will definitely give this a go when I'm back home, and will tell my friends about it as it sounds like really good value for money. Manuel was working hard in the pouring rain with a big smile on his face, definitely an employee you should hold on to!
Disappointed in almost every respect. The ethos behind this is fab. My experience, however, is poor. Both of the meal kits in my first delivery had fresh ingredients that I had to throw away. The same happened with one fresh ingredient in one meal kit in my second delivery. As a result, I have cancelled my subscription. I have raised my concerns with Grubby, but have received no response at all.
Bryan was really friendly and informative gentleman. Kindly explained all the availability + the discount which really intrigued me. Cant wait for my 1st box to arrive!

I signed up to Grubby with Thina in Ealing. She was amazingly helpful and patient, setting me up and helping me decide what to have. I love the recipes, and it's great trying food I wouldn't normally buy. My favourites so far have been Thai Rainbow Quinoa, with peanut sauce and Tikka spiced bhaji wraps with coconut and mango yogurt. Thank you Thina 😊
Great customer service, I complained and they cancelled and got a refund. The Founder of Grubby cares for his service users. Highly recommend Grubby services! :) I might stay with them and re-activate my account. The amount of goods they send for 2 lasted me fours days and that is almost a week food shopping, which would be a lot more expensive buying the goods in other supermarket. Fresh food, great quality and worth the price, cheaper than other shops!:)

Fantastic experience! The recipes are delicious and portions very generous. The customer service is excellent. My problem (missing package) was resolved immediately by Keri, I received refund and a replacement box at the same day! I recommend Grubby to everyone!

I made a complaint about meals sent without giving me a choice. Martin phoned me up and apologised, and gave me a full refund. I have changed my mind about this company. Someone actually listened to my complaint. And as I said in my first review, the meals are excellent. I will continue to order more meals. Jean Boys
I was approached by a lovey man called Fabian in town, he was full of energy & very easy to talk to. I will be definitely subscribing to Grubby , he was very helpful and did a good job explaining what grubby is & the charity/Uganda.
I been approached by Aziz outside my office today. He was full of energy, lovely and knowledgeable. I happily sign up to try Grubby as its seem to have their priorities right, no meat, less packaging, their branding is awesome, and I am sure my coming dishes too :)
Hello. I spoke to some guys of the Grubby's team who are BRYAN, AZIZ, ROMELLE, HARJUN. Bryan was really convincing about the product. I was convinced and tempted to buy the product BUT I faced a challenge (MONEY). I wasn't ready to pay because of some issues but I plan on buying one of the product. Hope to see them again. JOSH.
Honestly, when I signed up for this, I just thought i'd try it out for a few weeks and then cancel my subscription. But i've been impressed week after week with the recipes i've been given - they're delicious. It pushes me to cook and saves me the effort of traipsing to the supermarket to get that ONE weird ingredient I can't get from round the corner. I love that they supply a playlist (even if all of the music isn't quite to my taste), there's always a wee freebie vegan treat inside as well and when I accidently forgot to amend my order because of a food allergen, customer service fixed it right away, I'm very happy with this business and I think it's great that not only is it all vegan and they help local farmers, but they also support charities. The only thing I'd suggest would be less plastic packaging for the spices etc that arrive. Would something compostable be an option? I'd happily pay extra if so. Overall, give stars. Before this experience I didn’t even give a second thought to vegan food but a huge shout out to Emnitel! She was very friendly and informative. Guided us through the entire process step by step. We got our first package at the beginning of the month and it was exactly as she said it was. Thank you Emnitel!😄
We have been order it every other week since March 2021 but recently happened couple times the vegetables were rotten or really small sizes , when I complained they just credit for £5 - I would expect full refund
