Before finalising the purchase of my first electric vehicle (an EQA AMG Line), Jibral was always available to answer my many questions over the phone. He was more than happy to clarify any concerns I had. When the day arrived to collect my new EQA, Jibral had arranged a cover for the vehicle. After a brief induction, he handed me the keys and invited me to unveil the car, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch to the occasion.
Since purchasing my EQA, Jibral has kept in contact with me to provide aftersales support, which has been especially helpful as this is my first EV. Over the years, I’ve purchased several new cars from various dealerships, but I can confidently say that my experience with Mercedes Derby has been exemplary. The dealership has clearly adopted a strategy/philosophy that prioritises knowledgeable staff and customer-focused service, ensuring that customers feel valued every step of the way.
