    I was robbed.

    I was robbed. That's the title of my last visit experience. Thanks to Chloe Hopings i left from there and then i realised how you charged me for something i never received. I was charged 10 pounds for 1 litre antifreeze. When i asked why are you charging me for antifreeze(because a week ago i topped it up and i knew it was at maximum level) it was full she responded me, is part of the price we charge you for the service. I told her: how you can charge me for something that you never pour into my coolant tank?? She said: no thats the adblue. Then i said: no way you topped up my adblue, why you didn't ask me? i have treatment into the system to prevent crystallisation. Then she said another excuse: ah no that you do it, the antifreeze is the screenwash. We top it up to check your wiper blades (my partner started to laugh). I said ok and paid. Walking out my partner was laughing how she was trying to fool me about antifreeze. I paid 10 pounds to that branch for 1 litre of coolant(antifreeze) that they never poured into my car and they never gave it to me. That is called theft. Thank you Audi Cheshire Oaks scamers

    Pleasant experience.

    Car buying without the "hard sell". Group 1 Macc were pleasant to deal with, without getting the impression that I was glad ,finally to leave their dealership . Promises were kept re sourcing certain missing items / extras, & then the car set up to my liking. A big tick to Russell Lee & also Emlyn Hughes.

    Great Customer Service.

    Called in on spec on New Years Eve with a tyre pressure issue. Was travelling that day to the NE of England. The staff were very helpful and made the time to fix the problem so that I could travel safely. Excellent customer service.

    Flawless process from start to finish…

    Flawless process from start to finish for my new AMG A35. Customer service was unbelievable (especially from Tia and Michael). Prompt responses to emails, procedures were explained very clearly, and they went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. They even gave me a loan car to use over the Xmas period until my new vehicle was delivered. Handover day was smooth and the guys were clearly passionate about the brand and making my day special!

    Not great!

    Although I had booked in for a B service, initially they only did a recall job. I then highlighted it was booked for a service which they could find no trace of. After over 5 hours waiting for my car they then told me that they had done an A service which was over £300 more than the B service my car had shown was needed. I then had to spend ages trying to sort it out! Not a great experience!

    From reception to sales everyone always a joy to deal with and you always come away knowing you’ve had a great deal !! It’s a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that’s probably why I’m on my 9th car 😳😃😃 if you want a quality car from a brilliant dealership then group one Audi Cheshire oaks is the place to go .     Review for Inchcape VW Exeter

    Review for Inchcape VW Exeter My experience with Inchcape VW Exeter was deeply disappointing, to the point where I felt completely ripped off. I booked an appointment for my Golf MK1, which was having issues with its ignition system. After waiting a month for the appointment, I brought my car in, trusting that, as an authorized Volkswagen dealership, they would be equipped to solve the problem. On the day of the appointment, I explained the issue clearly to the staff, and they agreed to diagnose the car. I left confident that this was the best place to address the problem, given it’s a VW car and this is a VW dealership. However, by the end of the day, I received a message saying the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived and tested the car, I was shocked. Not only was the original issue unresolved, but the car was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. On the way home, the car stalled repeatedly and couldn’t even make it back. When I confronted VW Exeter, I was told they had performed some checks but didn’t have the proper tools to diagnose the problem. My question is: why did they accept my car if they didn’t have the tools or knowledge to fix it? To make matters worse, I was charged £115 for a so-called service that not only failed to resolve the issue but left my car in worse shape. Now I have to find another mechanic to fix the problem that VW Exeter failed to address. This has cost me time, money, and added stress. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. What they did to me was a clear display of incompetence and a lack of respect for their customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

    Maidstone Kia—disrespectful staff

    Maidstone Kia—After being disrespected by one of the sales associates, I told them to cancel my order and give my refund back, but over a month later they still haven’t refunded me my deposit and continue to ignore me. I also filled a complaint with them and have heard nothing back. All in all, an awful experience and I regret even visiting them.

    It’s always good to judge when things…

    It’s always good to judge when things don’t go so well. The dealer was going through an IT system change resulting in lots of systems being down which stopped them from initially registering the car and then being unable to tax the car. The dealership were great during this time of adversity, they kept in constant communication and were even kind enough to lend a vehicle for the entire period whilst they were trying to get my car on the road. Though the process was unfortunately not the smoothest, the staff were great and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, well done to everyone involved
