I asked for my bacon to be served with no fat, the response was, can't you do that yourself we don't have the ability, Swinton Greggs are going downhill, maybe teach the staff how to cook and prepare food.

Sadly Falcon Road struggles to open of a weekend at the hours stated on Google . Check the doors are open if you're going to click & collect. Gregg's give you money back but I actually wanted a bacon roll @ 8am or just after . Its happened more than once so its nothing new to Gregg's Flexible opening hours operated by flexi time staff .

Greggs is amazing value for money and the one in Wombwell at White Rose Service station is full of friendly staff and has great service every time I’ve been there!

Poor customer service in Lymington store. Anne needs a bit of training. New Milton store staff are lovely.

We visited Greggs this morning at Sowton Exeter. Very friendly staff but very disappointing food. We bought two supposedly hot slices, a chicken and a cheese both of which were cold. If they are advertised as hot then hot they should be.

they had no sausage rolls and the chicken bake was falling apart and the hot chocolate was not sweet at all. bad experience

First visit to Greggs Carmarthen. Sadly the female staff member who served me was quite rude. No welcome just ‘are you eating in or takeaway’. I ordered a coffee and bought mince pies. She took payment and looked at the next Custer and said ‘are you eating in or takeaway’. No thank you/have a nice day etc. won’t be going back.

I am now officially done with Gregg's, cold pizza, cold Sausage rolls. Why are customers still being charged 20% ?????

First visit to New Greggs “Drive Through” Consett. Nice change, clean, friendly staff, very limited range, tasty tomato 🍅 soup, actually very tasty 🤤😊. Nothing more environmentally friendly than actual cutlery and flatware, when eating in, real shame. No knives, no condiments, coffee burnt; problematic for a “coffee shop”? Reasonable prices, actually wishing it had been a little better. 😞 Bit of a shame.

I went to the newly opened Greggs in The Lagney shopping center Eastbourne which has only been opened a week or so. I was a paying customer and when I asked for the code for the toilet I was told it was out of order but it did not have a sign on it! I think the staff member assumed incorrectly about me being a customer. My first and last visit to Greggs!

Greggs in Lisburn , why have an app to place an order and select a slot time and have me waiting up to 30min then what i should ? Not impressed honestly. People walking in and walk in and go and if i try and get a staff's attention they busy making other peoples orders . Rather remove the slot making system if its like that honestly

Food bland, expensive doughnuts 4 for £3.60 Other food not tasty. Save my money for a company that produces tasty food.

Having been advised recently to avoid Gluten I was very disappointed to find one of the country's most prolific fast food providers with so few gluten free options. Visited the website in case I was missing something in our local outlet, but no - only GF option is porridge and one new sweet treat. Surely they could afford to stock some GF bread/rolls even if just for the breakfast run

Went to Greggs Carterton and the guy on the front Jonny acted like he didn’t see us and only started serving us after 5 minutes of waiting. We were served cold breakfast rolls and upon asking one of the ladies who came upfront she was rude and said that all food is served cold and they have no facility to warm food up. I just left and apologised for the sake of my kids because I didn’t want any confrontations. But I’m not happy

Was given a sausage roll without the sausage ? Brother just served me a naked pastie. Whadahell !?

The Greggs at marina Quay is very busy the colleagues that work there are always polite and fast with service . Today we were served by Edith really friendly and helpful a credit to Greggs .

Greggs on crwys rd Cardiff is a joke the bloody deliveroo drivers are prioritised over the waiting customers, these guys just jump the que while we wait like soar thumbs

Pasties every kind is always cold I see them getting brought out oven yet there always stone freezing cold .sausage rolls are always hot so why is every other thing so cold .pasties should always be hot I personally would never eat cold pastry’s.
