Horrible Experience — A birthday ruined
Horrible. Booked the Go Karting for a birthday — they state you need to arrive 30 mins before the session begins, but we were 10 mins late because of traffic. Plenty of time to do the safety briefing, kit up and use our session. But the staff refused to let us use our session. Rude, and unsympathetic even for a birthday. Refused a refund due to a policy they have written on a board at the venue, but not in the confirmation emails. Honestly, it trashed a birthday. Avoid this. It’s a rip-off, and it’s staffed by people who don’t care.
