Worst birthday experience at gravity trampoline Northampton

Birthday party for daughter not a very good experience. I have already emailed gravity trampoline with my complaint on 17th January but they’ve decided they don’t care and haven’t responded. A lot went wrong: Firstly on booking day I was told it was ok to pay for less than 10people we reserved a booking for 10 but was told that after we knew the exact number by the time we needed to pay then that’s what we would pay minus £50 deposit. So on payment day, we were told we must pay for a minimum of 10 people (we wanted to pay for 8). We queried what we were told previously but they said no, a minimum of 10must be paid for.. okay so we paid for 10 people , obviously we were not happy. Since we wanted to pay for 8 people, we had menus for 8 people which we booked on the day. We obviously decided to add two more people later on to make up 10, which is what we paid for. On party day, I told our host we booked for 8 but paid for 10 so we were going to add two more people on the day. So I asked if I could order their food as we didn’t do that on payment day. The lady told us that it may not be possible to add more food, I insisted and told her we’ve already paid for 10 people and so 10 kids are coming so we need to order extra food for the 2 extra kids. She said she would speak to her supervisor and see if that would be okay. (To be honest at this point, I’m thinking this should not be that complicated, adding two more courses for 2 children) She came back and said that would be okay. So we were happy and said we could order later after we’ve settled. But later on another lady took over as the host and I explained the above situation to her and she said she don’t think it would be possible but will speak to her supervisor, I said ok. She came back and said the supervisor has said ok but we must go to the restaurant on the lower floor and order ourselves and reference our party. When we did so, the restaurant refused and said that’s impossible and food must be ordered 10days prior. Which is a lie as we originally ordered our food for the 8 about 5days prior. We returned upstairs told our host what the restaurant said and she said there is nothing they could do. So 2 children did not eat at the party, that’s totally unacceptable because 1 we paid for them and 2 they were excluded and went back home hungry. I had to apologise to their parents. Seriously adding food should not be that difficult especially because it was a kids menu of chicken nuggets and burgers. I have very good experience of doing children parties at various places like bowling or play areas and this has never been an issue, in fact if we had extra last minute people to add on the day of the party, we just ordered the food on the day and it has never felt this complicated. That’s £40 you’ve taken from us for nothing, okay the kids got to play for 1 hour but that’s it. 2nd the party bundle includes unlimited juice, I had to chase our host to get drinks for the children who obviously were getting thirsty with all the play, it took 40minutes to get the juice, that’s a joke to be honest. And the juice itself to be honest was not juice, it was just water with very little juice to add colour. It was disgusting. As I said I’ve had parties like this elsewhere and the juice has never been this bad. 3rd the party bundle included a slushy for the birthday girl, she never got that even though she asked for it, the fact we had to keep asking and chasing for everything was annoying considering I had other things to think about. Lasty on booking day , I asked if they have invitation cards and the same lady said no but she said she will send them to us by email within 24 hours. We never received them. This day was very stressful for us the parents, we left unhappy , 2 kids left hungry, we didn’t get everything that was promised and everything we paid for. It’s unfair.
