Great combination and very helpful
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Interesting system and company. I was given a quote and after assessment of my phone, the quote was honoured. Unfortunately my husband’s phone (same make, age and condition) was quoted half of what mine was. Updated 12.4.25. Order. 230469

Could improve by making clearer what would lower cost, before sending phone off. Phone was immaculate (no scratches etc) - quoted £177 - ended up being offered £68 then I declined and got offered £95. Order #230576 I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive

I don’t believe it was a fair price considering that I literally sent an unboxed phone I had received back from claiming from an insurance claim. Completely refurbished.

The iPhone I sent in was immaculate nothing wrong with it but I got £110 less Shan what I was told in first place and also took alot longer than it says on their website to test and pay out

The process itself was really smooth and quick. I sent off my iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB (which I believed was in good condition), but the final valuation came back at £111 — much lower than the £2xx I had expected. They said the battery health was poor, which affected the price. That said, the payment was made the same day I received the valuation, just three days after posting the phone — so I can’t fault the speed or efficiency of the service. Sent on Thursday using 24 hour QR code provided, didn’t arrive until Saturday (probably Royal Mail fault) Expected payment offer Monday, had to chase for it on Tuesday. iPhone 15 pro max, quoted at £670 value subject to inspection. Was sent with light marks to 2 edges, nothing else. Received offer of £510.. claimed there were 5+ scratches to the screen (always had a protector from day one), claimed there was a dint to a corner too and less that average edges. No way to counteroffer the offer, either accept or decline, no images of the findings on the report. If precious about expectations of payout, would highly recommend elsewhere unless your comfortable in knowing your going to get 25% knocked off the offered potential price
