My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Disappointed
I was disappointed that when I requested a postage package it arrived as a small thin plastic bag with some bubble wrap. It was not adequate as they stated that they would not be responsible for any damaged to my phone. The amount that they offered me was less that half of the £178.00 amount first quoted. I am very particular about my possessions and really looked after my phone. It was in excellent condition no scratches, cracks chips or dents. It was in perfect working order. After a bit of haggling I accepted £85.00 as I was worried that if they returned it in the packaging they provided me with then I would not have had it safely returned to me.

Does what it says on the tin
Although there were some technical issues that meant it took a bit longer than usual, the process was very simple, and I was offered a fair price for the device. As others have said, the price offered was not the guide price online, but I think all trade in sites operate like this, and I was prepared for this to happen. Overall I was happy with the amount offered, and it was better than the device sitting in a draw wasting away. Order number GMB232354

Great, fast service
Great very fast give me more than expected for my one phone and it was in pristine condition other phone slightly less good condition and they took £110 off the original price slightly disappointed with that but very fast service would use again. Order: 233224

Order Number 232807. I obtained a good quote via Moneysupermarket and accepted. The postage pack arrived within two days and I sent my iPhone in using the supplied Tracked 24 label. It arrived next day (Thursday) and went through the checking process. By 4pm the next day, the full amount, plus an extra £5 for sending the phone in within seven days, was in my account. This is the first time that I have used GradeMobile and I can’t rate them highly enough. A simple, quick, fluid and amazing process. I was kept informed every step of the way. If you describe your phones condition accurately, they honour the full amount. Thank you GradeMobile and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a phone. A very pleased customer.

EDIT - unfortunately 3 working days after them receiving my phone, and agreeing a price, I’m STILL waiting for my money. Not so good! This company offered the highest price for my mobile so contacted them for a prepaid senders pack. Do beware - the insurance for this is only £150 in the event of loss, I bought my own postage to ensure I was covered for the full value of the phone. That said, all communication was great - I was kept updated from receipt to valuation. And they paid exactly what they said they would, together with a little extra for sending within 7 days. Would absolutely recommend. Order No: 232931 for company reference.
