Disappointed
I was disappointed that when I requested a postage package it arrived as a small thin plastic bag with some bubble wrap. It was not adequate as they stated that they would not be responsible for any damaged to my phone. The amount that they offered me was less that half of the £178.00 amount first quoted. I am very particular about my possessions and really looked after my phone. It was in excellent condition no scratches, cracks chips or dents. It was in perfect working order. After a bit of haggling I accepted £85.00 as I was worried that if they returned it in the packaging they provided me with then I would not have had it safely returned to me.
