My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Fraudster and Beware
The price quoted was nothing like what you get, beware! My phone had been charged and just by myself it had covers on from day one and Grade said it was scratched and not in good condition! Grade are not good!!

Offered much lower price than quoted
I tried to sell my iPhone with this company who initially offered me £425 but when they got the phone, were only prepared to pay £265!! The phone was in pristine condition (having been in a protective case with a glass screen-protector since unboxing). I asked for it to be returned and instead got a quote of £365 from MusicMagpie (which I considered a fair price). Unlike this company, MusicMagpie didn't attempt to offer me less money and the money was in my account the next day! To be fair, GradeMobile did return my phone promptly. I just believe that their advertising was misleading. Wouldn't use again. My order ref: GMB231866 - your offer was £100 less than I was paid by musicMagpie who found my iPhone to be in "Excellent Condition" with none of the flaws you claim to have found!

Was ok, was given a price but when was offered a price it was extremely lower than the price, then they increased the price by £25 but this was not paid in when they sent me the money, they also say if postage with the timeframe you’ll get an extra £5 which also didn’t receive, I’d think hard selling to grade mobile as lots of hidden information.

Knocked down and still haven’t recieved my money !!!
Me and my husband both got new phones as we were due an upgrade ! Both of our phones were in good condition ! Mine literally had nothing not even a scratch ! We both got knocked down quite a lot but accepted the offers as couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of getting them back , we sent them within 2 days to get the extra £5 which was not offered or mentioned to us ! We are know 48 hours into accepting the offer and still haven’t received the money ! I’ve seen alot of reviews over the last few days with people saying about knocking down the prices and not receiving phones back etc ! All I want is my money but I won’t be using this service again !!!
