My first purchase from Grade Mobile…

My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Quick and efficient

Received half of the original website price offered. Still waiting for the payment despite being told would be in bank account within 24 hrs of confirmation email, currently still waiting and it now been 48 hrs. Do not recommend

Overall quick and easy process

Overall quick and easy process. Disappointed they deducted £150 off the quoted price for scratches that were not visible to the eye.

Not very happy

Disappointed - the phone I asked them to recycle was an AppleCare replacement so was in excellent condition and not used. The repair report advised that there were scratches and damage to the casing, and the offer was reduced to “average” at a vastly reduced price: the packaging they provided to return the phone was not good at all so I had to weigh up receiving the phone back potentially not in condition that I had sent it in, or accept the offer and move on. I won’t use them again. There is no way the phone could have had scratches and damage as was advised on the report when it was literally sent immediately after being received from Apple and unused. Order 231185 UPDATE - your reply you state that the battery health was below 90% however this was a brand new Apple care replacement so that simply is not true!!! There was no mention of battery health on the report, it referred to scratches which again were not there because the phone was a BRAND NEE Apple care replacement !! Shocking

Quick and easy process

Quick and easy process. Sent it through Royal Mail. I received an email when they had received my item. And that it was going through the stages of being checked. Received an email and text message to say when it had finished the process and my final evaluation. Very happy with the results. #GMB232946#

Very straight forward and quick…

It’s a very straight forward and quick process with good updates along the way as well as prompt payment. Excellent service all in all. However, I underestimated the value of my phone with the premium offer that originally tempted me. The phone is worthless to me so the eventual payment most welcome but significantly less than the quote. Probably a reasonable amount accepted but don’t get your hopes up and perhaps the advert should quote according to age of a phone and average price paid rather than the max for the model? I think so, hence not 5 stars. Order ID 232732
