Great communication, fast service. Long wait for money.
EDIT - unfortunately 3 working days after them receiving my phone, and agreeing a price, I’m STILL waiting for my money. Not so good! This company offered the highest price for my mobile so contacted them for a prepaid senders pack. Do beware - the insurance for this is only £150 in the event of loss, I bought my own postage to ensure I was covered for the full value of the phone. That said, all communication was great - I was kept updated from receipt to valuation. And they paid exactly what they said they would, together with a little extra for sending within 7 days.
