My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

The right phone at a good price
The right phone at a good price. When delivered the quality of the phone (screen, case and battery life) are all excellent. I delayed ordering by 24 hours in order to have the phone delivered on a convenient day. In this time the price of the phone went up slightly. I assume this was due to supply and demand issues? It would be good if the website allowed customers to specify a preferred delivery date? (I have received a small payment from Grade as a thank you for leaving a review. No pressure to make the review positive)

I had a decent experience overall
I had a decent experience overall — there were definitely some strong points, like the friendly service and the clean, organized setup, which made a good impression. However, there’s still room for improvement, particularly in the speed of response and clarity of communication, which caused a bit of confusion at times. I appreciate the effort that went into the service, and with a few small adjustments, it has the potential to go from good to excellent. I’d still recommend it, especially if those areas are improved.

Terrible - do not use
I sent Grade my Samsung Galaxy S24 plus phone in good faith expecting them to honour the valuation on the basis that the phone is in "great" condition. The phone is actually in perfect condition as less than one year old with absolutely no marks or scratches, yet Grade significantly revised down their offer and refused to go any higher. Waste of time. Do not use
