My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

I am very happy with the service I received from Grade Mobile. I sent my old phone via the free QR code for the post office and was contacted the next day with my offer. After accepting the offer the funds appeared in my bank account within 25 minutes!! Amazing service. 242578

REF-241427 After accepting the offer made to me, the funds were not transferred to my bank account within the stated time ( 2 hours). It was transferred the following morning. I'm also not impressed with the team who examined my phone. It was given a grade B status. Sighting a list of criteria that my phone came under. None of which applied to my device. As from day one the phone had a screen protector, camera protector, and was always in a phone case. It was as new. All these were removed to send the phone to Grade Mobile. Fortunately I took photos of my device for just this reason. However as Grade Mobile offered substantially more than their competitors, I accepted it. I will just say that our assessments differ greatly. STEPHEN BATEMAN.

Quality phone and good service
Ordered another phone for a family member, it was showing available at the time, then received a message saying it was actually not available so received a refund immediately. I ordered an alternative and received an upgrade at no charge, thanks Grade for another quality phone with battery at promised percentage GM237398
