Graceful Fitness and Nutrition Reviews

I had a great experience when I did my coaching plan with Graceful fitness. Carly taught me the importance of marcos and tracking correctly and helped me drop half a stone in just 6 weeks. I get easily injured and she took this into consideration and give me a specific plan to support my back/neck pain. I highly recommend this type of plan as it gives you the support and encouragement to reach your goals no matter where you are in your fitness/nutrition journey.

I joined Carly’s team a few years ago, at that point I was training and enjoying, I had no clue how to fuel myself to at least look like I trained, that was the aim. The 1st few weeks were very different to anything I had ever done before, and I didn’t think it was for me, but I stuck with it, I’m so glad I did, Carly was there daily to answer any questions and guide in the right direction, until It became second nature. I stayed on plan for around 24 weeks in total it was the best thing iv ever done, I have a completely different look on food. To this day I still use all the tools that Carly gave me and for that I’m so grateful ☺️ Anyone thinking of joining, all I can say is do it 🙌🏻🙌🏻.

I have been one of Carly's clients since the beginning and I can honestly say my relationship with food and exercise has completely changed. As most of my friends and family know, I love my food but often find myself yo-yo dieting for a quick fix, due to over indulging at the weekend. I have followed many different diet plans and have also fasted on a daily basis. However this has always resulted in me feeling hungry, as I was under eating and once again going off track with my diet and goals. Since following the advice from Carly I now track my food on a daily basis and I'm honestly surprised with the amount of food I can eat and the variety. I initially wanted to lose a stone after an all inclusive holiday. I was committed and consistent with my tracking and after 3 months I had lost a stone and felt fitter and healthier than I had ever done. After 12 weeks I continued to lose, so after a discussion with Carly, I increased my calories and changed my training plan. I now follow a strength programme for two days in the gym, which was written by Carly, along with 2/3 cardio classes in my local gym. I am now able to maintain my current weight and I have seen some real changes in my body shape. I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Carly monitors my progress closely, offers advice and encourages me to push myself when needed. She answers any questions that I have and always makes sure I'm fully prepared going into a new strength programme. I cannot thank Carly enough for the advice and support she has given me over the last two years. I am so happy with the changes I have made and I am truly grateful for the impact she has had on my life. This is honestly the best I have ever felt about myself.

Carly has made me consistent with coming to the gym and working out! Honestly she’s the reason I’m up early in the morning:) no but honestly she’s a great support and her workouts are very fun! I appreciate her coaching style as she has a program and it changes every week. Thank you Carly <3

Carly is an excellent personal trainer and coach. She listens, observes, and always gets the best from me in every session. Skilled, empathetic, and clearly loves what she does. She gives 100% and more. Highly recommend her.

I’ve known Carly from Cross-fit and currently doing Body Blast classes with her. Since CF, what I appreciated in Carly are two things: her attention to all those training with her, and her willingness to listen. When I gave her constructive feedback about slowing down warmups in CF she took it and adjusted with care. During body blast, she cares, knows us well, and focuses on details, techniques and provides great variety in her well thought out programs and workouts. More than anything else it is her encouragement and pushing us to improve without breaking us is what I appreciate most about her.

Carly was so supportive and knowledgable, she taught me to understand what I was eating and to recognise how it made me feel. I went from someone who snacked on chocolate all day and had maybe one proper meal a day to eating 3 meals plus snacks and feeling amazing. The whole process was straightforward and easy, I didn’t once restrict what I ate but became more mindful of what I ate, I lost weight but gained so much more than that. Carly helped me create a healthy relationship with food and also some amazing, simple recipes that I still use on a weekly basis. I would 100% recommend working with Carly!

Carly was absolutely amazing and taught me so much about food, I was eating more than evert and lost 6.5lb I took away so much from it and it has been life changing for me knowing what my body needs. Carly helped me and even when I went over she would make me feel better about it. I have changed the way I eat massively.

I have been with Carly twice and both times the results and change of mindset have been indescribable in the most amazing and unimaginable way for me physically and mentally. Both times I’ve lost weight but with a mindset of not aiming to be skinny and not aiming to be miserable but to maintain a healthy lifestyle whilst enjoying my life to the fullest and not making myself miserable. I have completely changed my outlook on so many aspects one of which is starving myself to lose weight. Carly is not only amazing and well knowledgeable but she also maintains a very good relationship with all her clients who look at her not only as a coach but a friend also through the process. I would not look any further as you have come to the right place :-). Carly has also prided herself by studying hard around women’s hormones and hormonal imbalances that affect women and weight loss eg the menopause. And has even briefly looked into other conditions such as PCOS, therefore advising what she can out of her programme and giving so many resources for myself to look through and even advice where to turn to if needed. If you are looking for somebody I suggest you look no further as I have previously mentioned. Carly’s attention to detail and thoroughness to providing and excellent services would be a massive reason alone for me to join never mind all the other subjects I have spoken about.

I completed graceful fitness and nutrition programme, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only did I lose weight, but I felt fully supported throughout the entire journey. The programme is designed to empower you with knowledge and guidance, making it easy to stay consistent and achieve your goals. One of the standout features is how easy and flexible the food choices are. There’s no need to cut out entire food groups or give up your favorite meals. Instead, everything is included – you just need to count and track your intake. This approach was refreshing and realistic, as it allowed me to enjoy life while staying on track. The support from Carly was incredible. Whether it was answering questions, providing tips, or simply encouraging me on tough days, I always felt like I had someone in my corner. The fitness aspect was tailored to my abilities, making it achievable but still challenging enough to see progress. Overall, this programme has been a game-changer for me. It’s flexible, easy to follow, and truly supportive. If you’re looking for a sustainable way to lose weight and improve your lifestyle, I highly recommend giving it a try!💚
