They advertise a 3-5 business day processing timeframe. Submitted the file and paid for the order, After 2 weeks without any response or refund reached out to the company - they were informed that the order had been rejected by their interpreter, but the customer notification was never sent."As I've mentioned, the process for this is still in the works, therefore a notification email was not sent out letting you know about the decision with your order. This was reported to our team of developers, and should be fixed as soon as possible. " The company then suggested the customer upload the file directly to their Chief Translator. Uploaded audio, PDF, and Word files. Waited an additional 2 weeks before following up again. In the response, the company asked the customer to confirm whether they had uploaded a Word document or PDF, indicating they were unsure of the file format received. The company also stated they would need to check with their developers, implying they had no internal knowledge of the order or file. After another week, they issued a refund, but deducted a refund processing fee. The poor customer service and lack of communication throughout this process suggests the company may not be equipped to reliably deliver on their advertised services - explore other companies that can provide a more transparent and efficient experience. Attempt to post this review was rejected by them with message" 429 error Too Many Attempts."
Тотально ідіотський вступний тест. Перечитуючи в 20 раз матеріал (по якому і потрібно складати тест), просто не розумієш що від тебе хочуть. "Які частини потрібно виділяти курсивом?" Згідно вашого ж документу, ніякі, бо слово курсив в документі не згадується ні разу, і жодне слово не виділене курсивом. "Як транскрибувати сленгові слова?" Ніяк, бо про сленгові слова немає жодної згадки. Є діалектизми (що ніяк не сленгові слова). Не знаю чи це якийсь ідіот робив тест, чи документ з інструкціями, але вам варто когось та й звільнити.

Je suis à la recherche d'emploi, j'ai postulé chez eux (2 fois a cause d'une erreur de mon côté ) J'ai donc passé un long test pour rentrer, cela va bientôt faire 2 mois, j'ai donc attendu largement les 30 jours indiqués, je n'ai jamais eu de réponses, le formulaire de contact par mail est catastrophique (personne ne traitera votre demande ce sont des robots), j'ai donc contacté l'assistant virtuel en faisant part de mon désaccord pour ce manque de respect envers une personne motivé qui avait vraiment envie d'y travailler, l'assistant virtuel s'en fou royalement, je trouve sa irrespectueux, je n'aai jamais demandé d'être accepté, simplement de recevoir un mot de refus de leurs part aurait été respectueux, j'ai consacré du temps et du travail pour le test d'entrée, le minimum du respect serai de prendre le temps de leurs côtes pour simplement dire non, mais non aucun respect ils te renvoient balader ils s'en fichent complet, donc à tous ceux qui veulent y travailler, ne perdez pas votre temps et énergie pour un test de candidature qui finira dans le vent. A fuir, ne consacrez pas le temps qu'ils ne vous consacreront pas.

I paid for closed captions for a film. I provided the transcript and specific technical guidelines. They didn't adhere to the guidelines the first or second time, and the captions created for the music and sfx were poor, inconsistent, and didn't adhere to any professional standards (they told me they go by their own standards). When I corrected everything myself and asked for a partial refund, they provided a series of empty excuses, including how it 'seems impossible to meet' certain technical guidelines—when I, first time doing captions, had just done it. They stated that 'our standards just don't meet your expectations,' and that my expectations were unattainable. The first part is certainly true, but it's irrelevant, since the bottom line is that they agreed to provide a product based on a set of technical guidelines, and didn't adhere to those guidelines. After several persistent emails on my behalf, they gave me a 10% refund, a joke considering the time and energy I invested in essentially redoing the captions and then arguing back and forth. If you need professional captions, seek another service.
Estafa. Pagas para que te enseñen a buscar trabajo en otras paginas como Freelancer o Workana. En ningun momento GoTranscript o el Grupo Impulse tedan trabajo, lo tienes que buscar tu mismo. Es decir que sirve de intermediario (de nada)

I had such a horrible experience with them. They did not pay attention to the requests, did not accurately state words, names etc... it was just a horrible experience and I wish I had the time to do it myself. It was expressed to Go Transcript that this was for a court hearing and the transcripts would be used as evidence. They still did not take it seriously. In every situation beyond the ordering, it was a disaster. I even went back and played some audio where they had made mistakes. A simple mistake for example was writing job instead of joy or swim instead of Tim, or completely misspelling words to the point where you don't know what the sentence was supposed to mean. Most importantly, they would say Jim: and transcribe what "Jim" said when in fact, it was not "Jim" who said it and there is no "Jim" in the office. The other issue was saying that "Jim" said something that another person said altogether as if they could not hear voices changing. I laid everything out for them spending so much time, I really should have done it myself. I would just highly urge you to buyer beware.
As mentioned by others too here below, they are doing false advertisement: the transcriptions are by no means human generated... they have AI doing the transcriptions, so you're paying for a service you're not really getting
don't waste your money, it's not "human" transcription as it says on the website, it was clearly done by AI and the customer support was super unprofessional
