Just completed a SSSTS course with the legendary Mr Paul Stott, excellent communicator, witty and inclusive, but always on the money with the correct information,I must admit I wasn't looking forward to wasting my precious weekend but Paul made it more than bearable and the superb pass rate showed just how polished he is as a Trainer. Highly recommend

The trainer you have on site are very easy to work with, excellent trainers make you feel very comfortable easy to learn. I did not think that I would pass the exam. I actually through I would fail but passed with 100% pass rate absolutely fantastic. I will be going back with Goldcross to do all my on-site training in the future. I highly recommend you try these guys, a very big thank you to Tony and Sufyan top men 👍🏻

The course was comprehensive and very helpful. I was able to review basic healt and safety principles as well as learn more advanced ones. Paul was amazing, made the class easy and fun to be a part of.

Paul Stott did a fantastic job and made the course enjoyable all the way through!

Both teachers delivered the course well with different styles of teaching, but both equally kept me engaged throughout which I usually struggle with in a classroom scenario. Reinforced responsibilities we will have as a supervisor.

If an emergency comes up and you give more than 2 weeks notice asking to reschedule they will not allow you.

I had a fantastic experience with Goldcross. I was unable to attend a SSSTS refresher online course I had booked on the 12/11/24 as my existing card had expired, I called Goldcross and they were completely understanding and moved my course date to the 15/11/24 at no extra cost. Paul Norman hosted my online SSSTS refresher course and he was BRILLIANT, he was really engaging with the class, using real life stories to paint a picture of the information he was teaching, he taught at a comfortable pace ensuing the class was absorbing the information throughout. With his great delivery of the class I managed to get 100% on my final assessment. If you’re worried about doing an online SSSTS refresher course, DON’T BE!! Book it, ask for Paul Norman to be your teacher and you will be fine. I will now be using Goldcross as my training provider from now on.
