The SSSTS refresher course is always informative, the course was well presented by our tutor Tom of Gold Cross Training who delivered the information required in an easy to take in formats. I will definitely be using them again for future training requirements.

Darren was an absolutely great instructor, I was dreading doing this SSSTS over the weekend but he made it engaging and even funny at times. Everything was covered thoroughly and clearly. Will definitely use gold cross again in the future

If your thinking of doing the online smsts course don't hesitate no more, our instructor was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and actually willing to go out if his way to help you prepare for your test, If your lucky enough to get an instructor like Paul Stott, listen to the advice given and they will get you over the line with ease.

Just done a SSSTS course with this company and had a tutor called Andrew. He works throughout the evening looking through our work and is up extremely early in the morning! Excellent teacher. one of the best courses I’ve done. doing the test was nerve racking but managed to smash it and get 100%. The teaching methods and time periods were perfect. Will definetly recommend

Had my course today at Goldcross in Hemel. Paul was the Trainer. Throughout the day Paul picked on me for every question. When I was unsure of the answer, he ridiculed me in front of the class. He told me not to write notes and just listen to him. ( I was trying my best to learn the material, and my method of learning is to take notes, like many others). I failed the course today but I feel that this was due to the stress and bullying treatment I received from Paul. Just to mention, English is not my first language and Paul highlighted this a number of times. All of the negative comments I received today were in front of the class. Paul questioned my qualifications and ability a number of times. I will take this further with the trainer provider, as I would not want anyone else to go through such treatment.

Brilliant course, very informative and have taken away a mass of knowledge with me. Our instructor for the week Paul Stott was very helpful in taking the time to help digest the content and provide an element of fun which helped the week fly by.
