Great hassle free experience
I had a fantastic experience with Goldcross. I was unable to attend a SSSTS refresher online course I had booked on the 12/11/24 as my existing card had expired, I called Goldcross and they were completely understanding and moved my course date to the 15/11/24 at no extra cost. Paul Norman hosted my online SSSTS refresher course and he was BRILLIANT, he was really engaging with the class, using real life stories to paint a picture of the information he was teaching, he taught at a comfortable pace ensuing the class was absorbing the information throughout. With his great delivery of the class I managed to get 100% on my final assessment. If you’re worried about doing an online SSSTS refresher course, DON’T BE!! Book it, ask for Paul Norman to be your teacher and you will be fine. I will now be using Goldcross as my training provider from now on.
