Thanks Tony very informative SSSTS course kept it fun and engaging.

I found Adam & Tanya to be very helpful assessors;they were always on the end of the phone and/or quick to respond to emails. I would have struggled without their expert guidance - thank you. If i had to write anything bad it would be the abrupt office staff; manners do not cost anything. Th bottom line: would i use Goldcross again or recommend them? Yes i would.

Tony needs a day off knows to much stuff apart from that quality tutoring

from start to finish, it was a joy the NVQ Lvl 6 was a tough assignment, but the support of Goldcross and its excellent tutors they gave me the belief and guidance to achieve this great milestone. i have used goldcross for all my addtional Training and certification i require. (SSSTS/SMSTS/NVQLVL6 and first aid courses) they have always been good to work with.

I've just completed my SMSTS 5 day for the first time. It was a really well run course and very informative, Paul Nestor was great tutor, easy to listen to and follow. Good experience. I thought it was going to be heavy going but it was broken down and taught very well. Thanks

Paul Stott, Presented a really good informative SMSTS refresher. He kept the course light hearted and fun while getting across the important parts that needed to be learnt. A brilliant presenter even if he is from Manchester.

A good course. Paul has a good delivery manner and managed to put you at ease, despite being ill for both days. Shame he’s Citeh fan 😜
