I recently completed my SMSTS training course with Paul Stott and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The content was incredibly well-structured, making complex concepts easy to understand. The course covered a wide range of topics. The trainer Paul Stott, in particular, was fantastic. Not only was their knowledge deep and vast, but, Paul went above and beyond. Paul had a remarkable ability to engage the group and make the learning experience enjoyable. Paul was always patient, approachable, and willing to answer questions, no matter how small. Paul's passion for the subject really shone through, making the entire course feel inspiring and worthwhile. Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to expand their knowledge.

Paul Stott has been one of the best trainers I have had for a course of this nature. Really enthusiastic and knowledgeable in his field. Kept good energy throughout to keep engaged with candidates.Shame he is a Man City fan

Paul Stott was a very engaging trainer, and delivered the course content very effectively. I (John McLaughlin) gained a lot from the SSSTS course, and feel better prepared to fulfill my job on site as a result.

Paul stott was an excellent instructor. He was very clear and precise.

Paul Scott was okay throughout the course itself. However towards the end of the course I had camera issues and he became extremly rude and angry. I asked the two ladies who were in the office to assist me with the issues and they then had to witness this unnecessary behaviour by Paul. This is why I can only give 2 stars. I'd be amazed if my company re booked future courses with Goldcross especially as the two other employees who witnessed this run our administration and book the courses. Both were appalled by his behaviour. Thank you Tony for this investigation regarding CITB rules. A few points I'd like to make. If Paul was unsure regarding the integrity of my exam why did he pass me with a 97% pass? Why wasn't my right to a second exam straight after exercised as this is the option if you fail? I'm sure it isn't part of of the CITB rules to be given answers to the first 4 mandatory questions on your test paper prior to the test as we were. Anyone looking to book future courses for employees using Goldcross PLEASE make sure the candidate is computer literate otherwise this will not be the course for them.

really great informative SMSTS Online course the tutor Slav Litwin had really good wide range of real life onsite experience and provided a indepth run through of everything expected of you as a site manager

Well presented well delivered

This was an entirely new field for me. Slav Litwin is a world class tutor who absolutely fulfils the SKATE acronym that we were taught by him! Skill Knowledge Aptitude Training Experience his is really affable, most engaging and brings a wealth of real life experience to his students in this fascinating and daunting speciality. thanks to him I have been very well educated whilst really enjoying the whole experience! I found doing the course over three weekends ideal because I had the time each week to crystallise what he taught.
