Just wanted to recommend Goldcross Training to anyone looking to do their SSSTS course — I recently completed it and found it really well-delivered and informative. A big shoutout to Paul Nestor, our trainer, who made the course genuinely engaging. He explained everything clearly, kept the group involved, and brought his own experience into the sessions, which made a big difference. Just had day 3 of my SMSTS & I my say all tutors so far have been informative. I am doing the 8 day stagger so my course is effectively held over 32 days from start to finish. Day 3 tutor (Paul Stott) has gone the extra mile to assist because of the time lapse which I must say is above and beyond what I was expecting. You can tell that he wants us to do well and kept me engaged with his open mic policy. Not sure about his thoughts about red sauce but as a blue from Manchester that's to be expected.

Just completed the 2 day training course for SSSTS, the course is easy to follow and special mention goes to Paul Stott for making the course enjoyable, the use of fun comparatives made for a more engaging course and had everyone involved. Would recommend goldcross for any training courses and if you’re lucky you will have Paul as your tutor!

Great course, a lot of online learning and power points but Paul Stott our tutor made it light, he made everyone feel at ease and created conversation in a relaxed way. Two days went by quickly and I feel I have learnt a lot.

Paul stott was a good trainer. Good banter and made everyone feel easy. Says tea instead of lunch but that’s it the only bad thing- and he’s a city fan.
