I gave it 5 stars. I have only used it once though at a sales training. I was expected to show a lot of engagement and participation. I performed well. I was nervous but my brain didn't have the nervous chatter and I was able to stay focused. I will use it again at another sales training next month. I would recommend anyone with problems with public speaking try this. My usual is severe nerves... Voice shaking, brain just completely empty, feeling frozen and sometimes stuttering. I think the beta blocker calmed things enough for me to actually show my stuff and shine. It's a little secret in my arsenal.

Not having to go see a doctor in person. Quick and easy. I was a past drinker and that created fake anxiety and being able to use some meds to get by this point, very helpful and happy I didnt have to have a doctor appt in person.

I was skeptical at first, not going to lie. But I have them a chance and I will admit… from start to finish, I’ve had a positive outcome. Wasn’t sure if this product would work for me because I’ve dealt with my condition for years but it actually grounded me.
