Fast delivery and replies to emails within the hour! This is my second time shopping with giga tires and won’t be the last. They also have the best pricing around. I have recommended many people to them that are also happy using them. Keep it up guys!

Found the tires I was looking for.

If i could give -3/5 stars, I would! as a single mother who spent 400$ with this establishment, giga tires royally messed up and refused to take accountability, instead ushered me to jump through hoops and refused to refund me. I reached out a total of 4 times before I was given ANY help at all. I called the hotline and was hung up on twice. I waited in the chat window for 55 minutes when the given wait time was TEN MINUTES!  And when I was finally able to talk to a real person, not only were my frustrations not handled or heard, in fact the employee of GIGA TIRES proceeded to snap at me and talk to me as if she did not 1. WORK for the company I was having issues with and 2 showed absolutely ZERO customer service skills.  I dare say if this issue would have been handled correctly or handled at all, a paying customer like myself might think twice about leaving a review like this.  I have been baffled by the lack of customer service, appropriate business responses. What I ordered and I received were not even close. As in , the sizes were COMPLETELY WRONG.  Which leads me to believe not only are their policies completely to keep this company from taking accountability, but the employees also obviously have no idea what they're doing and that's absolutely ridiculous What I ordered were AT 225/65/R17's What I recieved were 245/65/R18's with a completely different tread To draw this all to conclusion, this company has in fact has COST me money due to their absolute and very apparent negligence, they scheduled the original pickup without my consent and then failed to even apologize for this entire situation that was created by GIGA TIRES.  I will never use them again!

Purchased 4 tires. Had some questions about my order. Could not get through to customer service. No answer by email. No answer by phone. I sat on hold for over 2 hours. I tried the "Call you back" option and *NEVER* got a call back. I am canceling my order and will never purchase from them again. Prices seem to be a lie.

Tires were what was described. Unfortunately, the shipper (Fed Ex) smashed the back tires into triangle. Luckily the bead remained a circle. However, it was impossible to mount at home so I had to pay a tire store to mount them

Giga Tires are thieves. I ordered 4 tires and received only 3 of them. They refuse to send me another tire because they say "The 4th one may show up" !!!! Are you kidding me !!! What ignorance !!!! They also refuse to send me the money back and won't until the tires are returned. Also, they will not refund me the shipping cost either way !!! NEVER NEVER use these thieves. They'll leave you hanging and keep your money. I'm Michael Hicks from Van Buren Arkansas in case these thieves want to sue me for slander !!!!!! Lol

This may be premature as I haven't received the tires yet. They were to ship today however I didn't get the confirmation email yet regarding shipping. The service to this point has been great

Well to start I purchased my tires and they were sourced locally and it was great I got them in less than 3 days. It was exactly what I was looking for and way cheaper than anyone in town. Giga tires saved me money while still providing quality products. Thanks again!!

Awesome experience. I was excited to receive my order 2-days after my online purchase. GIGA Tires, rocks folks. They are real deal. It took me less day 48 hours to receive and install my tires. Sweet experience, keep it up, GIGA Tires, amen.

Very fast shipping, tires look great!

I haven't gotten my tire...it was stated to be delivered on 3/08/2025. Every time I try to track it, it just says tracking unavailable at this time.
