Giga tire is one of the very, very few businesses that stocks and sells the unusual size of this tractor tire that I needed. Correct size, correct tread, very fast shipping. A very good company to do business with.

Gigatires, LLC has many negative reviews. For this reason, I did not want to deal with them. 04/02/25 I ordered 4 tires Dunlop ST30 225/65R17 on the Walmart website, but the store transferred my order to the Gigatires, LLC. After 3 minutes I cancelled the order but they refused to return my money. After 12 hours the order was sent and I received it in the morning 04/06/25. Of the 4 tires, 1 was made in 2021 and 3 were in 2022, that is, they sent old tires. The factory warranty is issued for 5 years of storage (provided that they are stored correctly: Tires stand vertically on a rack, protected from sunlight by cotton covers. The temperature in the warehouse is maintained at 59°F, humidity is controlled by a dehumidifier. The surface is treated with silicone grease). After 5 years, the rubber hardens and does not provide safe grip on the road surface when braking the car, and can also tear when driving on the highway. Judging by the look of my tires, they were stored flat in a tall stack in an unknown location for a long time (the sides were deformed). In short, guys, draw your own conclusions! Addition: today 04/10/2025 in Movis Tire Shop they were unable to install tires - all sidewalls are bent and defective! I will send back all 4 tires (at my expense).

Ordered a tire and payed for it. 2 days later my order was canceled. Inquired with customer support and was informed my order "slipped through" at the price it was ordered at. I was welcomed to order the tire at a much higher price. Super shaddy company, and I will never order from them again.

Hello my name is Emanuel white!!! I ordered my tires march 5th and still haven’t received the rest of my order. The only time this company responds is only when I left a bad review. This is actually my second review that I have left. I haven’t spoken to a human being for a month now only Response from these reviews. I haven’t spoken never dealt with this type of professionalism. I’m only leaving this review because no one will ever call me or respond. All I want is to talk to someone so I can know how to proceed. This is shameful
The only reason for not giving 5 star is the cost for shipping. The tires I purchased I saved about $30 compared to buying a similar tire online at Walmart and about $200 from local shops. I wanted to also purchase commercial steer tires but the cost of shipping is more than 1 tire. Giga Tires should find a way to reduce shipping cost for customers.
Don't buy from this company. Don't believe any good reviews. Ordered name brand 4 ply tires for my lawnmower. Received cheap off brand 2 ply tires. They charge for shipping than an extra charge for handling plus a recycling fee. Recycling fee for what they are not receiving my old tires. Won't answer text icon received message stating someone will be with you shortly. Didn't happen so I called put on hold no one answers. So don't buy from this company. Put this company out of business! Received a reply from company saying they were sorry. Read below.However they did not say anything about refunding the difference between names brand and cheap off brand. Not a good practice.
