Great pricing quick delivery

Shopped for a BFG KO2 at Giga. After seeing $152 up charges I immediately tried to cancel the order but whenever opening their cancellation form it would switch over to virtual assistant, preventing cancellation within the 30 minute window allowed. Long story short the tire was shipped forcing me to refuse delivery. BUYER BEWARE

I've dealt with Giga-Tires three times, and have had no problems with them at all. At one point, I even had to use the warranty that came with the tires, and that was no hassle at all.

HORRIBLE horrible website / company. beware! their automatic phone system gives you a message, "you have a wait time of 10-20 minutes" press 1 for call back options...yep normal did this. AFTER 4HRS I RECEIVED A AUTOMATED CALL, SORRY TRY AGAIN ANOTHER TIME." CATCH 22 I WAS CALING TO MAKE USE OF THEIR 30 MIN CANCELLATION POLICY which was to see in small small print at the end of my order which they sent to my email.....wow and yes since the set up of their cancellation makes it literally impossible to reach anyone within the 30 mins...quess what booby price you loose your cancellation option. can I say how much HATE companies that pretend to offer customer service ,,,they should burn to the ground...click /bait. Add injury to insult from Friday to the next Monday they upped the delivery charge $20. and they nickel and dime you to death making their posted bargain more expense than the majority of other dealers.....I believe I'm not the only one out there that realized this too late and had to deal with their fake cancellation offer. Brrrr UPDATE: MY GUT FEELING WAS RIGHT...TIRES ARRIVED WITH DEFECTS AND WERE SENT BACK WITH FED EX DRIVER.

I was skeptical about using these guys, never heard of them before and their pricing for the tires for my skid steer were much cheaper than other companies, even with S&H. 5 stars for a company on point. 3 days later I had 3 tires on my doorstep. Edit. Well, things have turned downhill. Only 3 tires showed up initially. Ordered the 5th. It's now the 22nd and still no 4th tire. Sent an email to giga tires last week and no response yet. Tracking has shown the one tire stuck in the same place since the 5th. My experience when this happens is that fedex has lost the tire. Guess I'll try calling tomorrow and see what happens.

I ordered eight tires from them for my motorhome and FedEx lost them. When I got in touch with them, they were very nice and going to refund the money because of FedEx can’t even get a street address correct and plus FedEx does not give a damn about you or your packages. Thank you Giga Tires for helping me $900 was a lot of money to me. This is a very honest and reputable company. I’m so sorry that FedEx screwed everything up. I’m glad the company was honest and refunded my money. I would highly recommend them, IF FedEx is good in your area!! FedEx is just not good in my area.!!!!

after reading all the negative reviews I decided not to order, I just don't need these problems. If you get your act together and become a respectable company give me a call.

Tremendous value and service.

I wanted to share my recent experience purchasing tires for my car. I was in need of new tires and, after doing some research, checked prices at various places, including wholesale markets like Costco and Sam's club. Unfortunately, the prices were beyond my budget, which was leading me to consider cheaper brands. Then, I discovered Giga tires online. Their prices were so competitive that I immediately made a purchase. The entire experience was excellent, fron the quick delivery to the transparent pricing, with no unexpected charges added to the final cost. The ordering process was very easy, and the prices were far below what I would have paid at a "discount tire" store.

Bought 5 tires and days later was notified they did not have the tires in stock and cancelled the order.

Very fast service and delivery

I have used Giga tires twice. The first time they sent a bad tire, no big deal, I called and had to take images, get a tire shop to confirm and drop it off to a Fedex shop. They in turn sent another. I then ordered a spare tire for the previous set and they sent the wrong tire (lesser expensive one at that). At this point the signs were there, amateurs. The customer service does not work on live chat or if you select a call back. You must stay on the line and maybe you will only wait 30 minutes. It is like dealing with the DMV to get a place in line on customer service. I suspect its because they have a bad track record of order logistics to deal with. Too much effort to do business with these guys.

This was unequivocally the worst tire buying experience I've ever had. I ordered two specific tires from GigaTire – the exact OEM tires my car came with, validated as compatible on their own website – and shipped them to an installer recommended by GigaTire. The problems started immediately: the tires never arrived at the installer. To make matters worse, when I contacted GigaTire support, they initially insisted the tires had been delivered four days earlier. Only after the installer directly confirmed non-receipt did GigaTire acknowledge the issue. Adding to the frustration, the recommended installer informed me they couldn't perform the necessary reverse mounting on my wheels due to the risk of scratching them with their equipment – raising questions about GigaTire's vetting process for recommended installers. Instead of a swift resolution for the lost shipment, GigaTire customer service stated I had to wait 72 business hours for them to simply investigate. Reaching support is another hurdle; direct calls aren't possible, you must request a callback, which frequently doesn't even occur. Due to the urgency of needing functional tires and GigaTire's delays, I was forced to purchase replacements elsewhere, incurring significant additional costs and inconvenience. As of writing this review, it has been four days – well past their stated 72-hour investigation window – and there is still absolutely no resolution or update from GigaTire regarding my lost order. Based on this experience – lost merchandise, poor installer recommendation, abysmal and unreachable customer support, and failure to resolve issues within their own timeframe – I strongly advise potential customers to avoid GigaTire.

Classic bait and switch. They show a good upfront price until you check out and $100+ in fees. I didn’t notice until after the purchase went through. Tried to cancel the order but customer service will not answer calls, emails or the chat function on their website.
