If i could give -3/5 stars, I would! as a single mother who spent 400$ with this establishment, giga tires royally messed up and refused to take accountability, instead ushered me to jump through hoops and refused to refund me. I reached out a total of 4 times before I was given ANY help at all. I called the hotline and was hung up on twice. I waited in the chat window for 55 minutes when the given wait time was TEN MINUTES! And when I was finally able to talk to a real person, not only were my frustrations not handled or heard, in fact the employee of GIGA TIRES proceeded to snap at me and talk to me as if she did not 1. WORK for the company I was having issues with and 2 showed absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I dare say if this issue would have been handled correctly or handled at all, a paying customer like myself might think twice about leaving a review like this. I have been baffled by the lack of customer service, appropriate business responses. What I ordered and I received were not even close. As in , the sizes were COMPLETELY WRONG. Which leads me to believe not only are their policies completely to keep this company from taking accountability, but the employees also obviously have no idea what they're doing and that's absolutely ridiculous What I ordered were AT 225/65/R17's What I recieved were 245/65/R18's with a completely different tread To draw this all to conclusion, this company has in fact has COST me money due to their absolute and very apparent negligence, they scheduled the original pickup without my consent and then failed to even apologize for this entire situation that was created by GIGA TIRES. I will never use them again!
