excellent prices, easy process

After waiting for two weeks from a local tire shop I ordered two hard to find tires and they where at my house within 48 hours.

I found the tires I wanted at a GREAT PRICE. They shipped next day directly to the shop that was recommended for my zip code from Giga Tires. I would recommend using them.

Great price on the tires(Avid Ascent GT's), even with the *hidden fees* beyond the advertised price(shipping, handling fee) they were still about 20% cheaper than anywhere else.

Super fast shipping! Tires arrived in 2 days after order. the price is reasonable as well. My 19 inch tires with shipping were twice as cheaper than any other tire place! I am very satisfied! Definitely recommend! Now, it will be my place to go to when it comes to tires.

I placed an order for 4 tires on their website. The order came out wrong and I tried to call them. Good luck with that. Their online chat doesn't work, the wait time is insane as I'm still on hold after 32 minutes while I write this. If you ask for a callback, it never happens. What a mistake trying to do business with a company that has absolutely no customer support.

I was in the market for front tires for my four wheel drive tractor. I googled the size, style and brand and Giga Tires popped up with an incredibly good price. After searching the web I concluded that they are a well established, legitimate business and I ordered my tires. Their web site is very straight forward and user friendly, making the order process a breeze. The price I paid was far and away the best price I found anywhere and the tires were shipped via FedEx within a couple of days.

Fast delivery

I do not recommend buying from them. They delivered only two tires instead of four. Since they do not respond at all, I am filing a return through PayPal. It is good that I bought through PayPal

Placed an order for the advertised price of 5 good year tires. Paid with a credit card and received a confirmation email. Woke up the next morning to a cancellation email with no explanation. I called twice and was on hold for over 30 mins each time. When I finally spoke with the rep, she explained the tires were listed at the wrong price so they cancelled the order. She could not answer what the actual price was. Then refused to assist in getting the order fulfilled as this was no fault of my own. Not sure how these folks expect to prosper as a business if they won’t honor their own mistakes. This is where the negative reviews come in and you lose potential customers. Thus, costing you MORE money in the long run. Congratulations.

I ordered 4 tires that showed available and after I placed order and paid Giga then emailed me the next day to tell me that that tire is out of stock at the price I paid but that they are available for double of what i paid...This is not how you treat a customer !!!

Easy process. Big variety of tires. I will refer folks and return to purchase more tires.
