I received my tires fairly quickly, however because of the way they were shipped, I had to go to two different tire shops to get them mounted on my rims. The tires had an oblong shape to them which made them difficult to mount on my rims. The first tire shop couldn’t mount them at all and the second tire shop took three days to finally get them mounted on my rims. My order number is 94167736, which was requested in Giga tires response.

Great from beginning to end!

ibought two tires and quick delivery. right after mounting one within 100 miles experienced a flat from a sidewall puncture. and i have the road hazzard on these tires. the tire shop told us these tires have very little sidewall and in his opinion were TEMPORARY at best. not for everyday use.. and I agree 100% as we ran on crushed stone driveway when this happened. a rock punctured the sidewall. the tire was inflated to 30psi at the time...

Seems like i have to resort to this to even reach costumer service... I have an order that hast been shipped its been for days. You would think that when somebody who orders tires needs them faster... But i guess not and what do they only have one costumer service person or something?. I dont get calls back or anything, get you heads toghether procces my tires that i paid 600 dollars for and ship them! Im tired of waiting, i need my stuff now.

Easy ordering, tires arrived quickly

I was sent what looked like 2 used tires from 2022. There were no "nubs" left on the tires and they were 3 years old. I also specifically ordered raised white letter sidewalls so they would match the other 2 tires currently on my vehicle and the tires i received are only black sidewall tires. I reached out to request a return 2 days ago and i still have yet to hear a response.

I am happy with the Laufenn tires (second set I've had) and with the Giga Tires price. While I understand that the installation is not Giga Tires' direct responsibility, it plays a major part in the overall experience, so perhaps vetting the installers a bit better is needed. First, the charge appeared on my credit card as if it came from another company, not Giga Tire. I almost started a dispute before I figured it out. Secondly, I chose Pep Boys in Snellville, Ga, as my installer because they were close to my home. Mistake! It took almost 2 hours for the appt. and when I got the car back, the wheels were really dirty. Once I cleaned them, there were scuff marks on the rims that weren't there before. It looked to me as if they used some pretty old equipment to change the tires. I have used a different online tire supplier before with a similar ship/install model and overall, it works okay if you pick a good installer. What you don't get is ongoing service. If you buy tires locally, you usually get lifetime balancing but with online sellers, this is not an option, even if you offer to pay for the lifetime balancing difference before installation. If they need to be rebalanced in the future, you have to pay full price for the balancing again...FYI.

1. You need to wrap your two tires together a LOT better. And put shipping address on both tires not just on the wrapping. They come apart. 2. You need to answer your customer service phones 3. You need to respond to your CS "tickets" quicker.

Ordering was easy and tires delivered on schedule to partner tire shop for installation. Great experience

I received my order for two new RV tires. When I got them I was happy. Shipping was fast. Was happy. Then I seen the “Born On Date” These tires are 3 years old. I can only have them in service for 7 years. Now my service time has been cut almost in half. Not a good investment at all. I have tried to call them. YEAH RIGHT. “your hold time is approximately 2-3 hours. So I try chat. I was waiting for 45 min with nothing. So there appears to be NO customer support. Won’t happen again.

Good choice of products, easy to use site and very good delivery time too.

As a single mom and an owner of an awd dodge journey you have to buy all 4 tires at once. Using you guys i was able to pay with my affirm card and the tires are a good price.

Initially, they charged the card approximately $100 for an additional guarantee that I did not request, but I filed a claim and they reimbursed them for that amount. However, they charge you for shipping via DHL and for the installation, and in the end, cheaper things end up being more expensive

Customer service is not helpful at all shipping prices are very high it appears that they lower tire prices to make it look good then make up the difference in shipping and handling charges. I also am tax exempt but customer service was no help fixing the exemption on my order really was a bad experience all around

Tires arrived on time, in great shape, great price, and easy to order and track.

I received my order, but it would have been helpful if someone told me the tires were being delivered to the installation shop and not to my home. I did not see any notification of those details
