Dont listen to sales man he lies!!!!

I had my boiler fitted 2 years ago and all been fine up until recently. It was only when my thermostat stopped working and telling the boiler what to do i realised what an error i had made. I had been informed by the sales man that warranty was 10 years, that it was interest free loan and service was included. I also had issue with leaking radiator which i was told would be fixed too. When they ring you to confirm details of installation and warranty etc listen carefully and walk away. It was a hard sell and i wish i had cancelled then. Overpriced and hard sell techniques used. Yes i should of walked away then and kick myself for not doing. PLEASE BE WARNED AND DONT TAKE THE SALES MAN AS SPEAKING THE TRUTH AS HE REALLY DOESNT!!!

In July 2022 I recieved a leaflet through the post where this company offered a boiler on a government backed scheme, when they came to discuss it, right at the end told me I’m not eligible for the government scheme and gave me a quote, as I needed the boiler (old one was condemned) I reluctantly agreed to pay, I wasn’t made aware that the agreement was an interest first agreement! Then when the engineer installed it I started having issues, we had very heavy rainfall and water was coming in through the flue and in flooding the boiler and kitchen, the same engineer came back out and “fixed” the issue only for it to happen again, we requested a different engineer to come and have a look, when they looked into it we found that the original guy had filled the gap with loose pieces of brick then a thin layer of cement, and the cement hadn’t dried before the rainfall, the new guy did a much better job of it, the inside of the kitchen wall was left in a bad state but at that point we just wanted nothing more to do with the company! I asked for compensation at the time and was refused as they felt the service provided was sufficient! Now 2 years later I discovered the amount I owe is WAY more than what the retail value of the boiler and labour and to avoid nearly £1500 in interest I would need to pay £4100 to clear the finance! AVOID at all costs, rip off merchants!

I can only say that the 2 lads that…

I can only say that the 2 lads that came out to fit our new boiler, Rick and Mitch, were just fantastic. They did the renew and relocation in the day and were friendly, professional, curtious and they kept our house clean throughout it all. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They worked from 8.30am until 7.30pm and remained professional through it all. Five stars to these guys David and Debra Ward Wakefield

Combi boiler

Had a combi boiler fitted by Rick and Mitch. Explained the work they were going to carry out in detail. Was really impressed with the neatness of the pipework. They were clean and tidy and removed all waste. Put sheets down in the house to protect the stair carpet. Worked non stop and completed the job swiftly. Did have to wipe all surfaces down in the kitchen afterwards because of some dust but could expect to have some dust when having had holes drilled in the walls. Was impressed with the matching of the bricks outside. Was given Rick's number to call in case of any issues and he set up my phone to be able to control the boiler etc and explained how to use this. All in all a very neat job and very satisfied with the service received from Rick and Mitch.

Friendly, professional and timely service

Dave and Jason were both friendly, straightforward and highly professional. The options, equipment and system clean out were explained thoroughly. The work itself was carried out quickly, everything cleaned afterwards and old boiler removed. Had quite a good chat with Jason, very honest guy from what I could tell, and happy to answer any questions. Extra work undertaken to correct an error made during the installation of the previous boiler. Would definitely recommend. Company was pleasant to deal with and took less than a couple of hours to sort the agreement once I accepted. Work was scheduled for next day, but I rearranged as I was busy. Came 3 days after accepting, exactly as I had asked for, which is still very quick vs. most companies I've dealt with. Just one thing to mention; I wasn't told until after I'd accepted that I would need to pay for my own boiler inspection every year. No problem here, as I would have done so anyway, so wasn't really a shock, but make sure that's stated up front as not everyone understands the need for yearly inspections.

Boiler conversion

Could not believe how easy and great they were Rick & mitch turned up at time we were told. explained everything they were doing in detail did everything downstairs to give us normality then moved upstairs. left every room as clean as they found it. Great customer care.

They saved the day...

Heating and hot water had gone off. Husband had tried to fix it before leaving for work. He hadn’t. I had no clue what to do. Spoke to our original salesman, Tim who could not have been more helpful. Used Facebook messenger to speak to an engineer who talked me through how to fix the problem. The issue was solved quickly, calmly and with a lot of patience - cannot fault them!

Great experience from customer care who…

Great experience from customer care who call you regularly to make sure you understand everything and the date of your boiler fitting . Gary Chance was a lovely guy who didn’t do any hard sell , he simply explained how the process works and the benefits and savings you will make annually . The Bolier was fitted 5 days later by Marcin who was very polite and professional. Customer services have called again asking if everything is to satisfaction. Very happy and would recommend to everyone.

Boiler installation

Andy arrived on the morning of the install within the allocated time. He was polite, discussed the work with me before starting & answered the questions I asked. He was tidy throughout & gave me constant updates with regards to the progress. Brilliant work from start to finish.

Joe and his team were excellent

Joe and his team were excellent, they arrived on time, were very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and then removed the old boiler / installed the new one and tested everything within a day. Perfect.
