Awful support, I received same product I preordered as a gift so I tried to refund it but getting a refund from these people is pretty much impossible. Not to mention the game isnt even out on their platform even though it has released on steam. One of the worst key resellers around and I will NEVER be purchasing from them ever again

Bought a product I did not put into my basket. Update: I will get refunded. I would like to say. I did choose Gamivo on purpose, the key I wanted to buy got delivered quickly and cheap. But I don't agree with putting something in my basket I don't want to buy .

Bonjour, j'ai acheté une licence pour le soft Driver Booster le 25/07/2025 et en faisant bien attention lors de la commande je ne me suis pas retrouvé avec un abonnement de 4.99 Euros prélevé un mois plus tard sur mon compte. Vous pouvez décocher cette option mais elle réapparaît automatiquement quand vous validez le paiement. Évitez ce soit, d'autres bien plus honnêtes ont des coûts de licence bien moins élevés..
So the key I got worked great. Fast delivery and everything. Nothing to complain about there. BUT. When choosing a payment method. They auto add SMART subscription. Really shady business practice.

Update: Der Support konnte das Problem klären. Die lange Wartezeit bleibt zwar aber für Anwenderfehler können die nichts. Habe dort einen Key gekauft der schon von der Länge her nicht zum gewünschten Dienst passt. Somit natürlich nicht einlösbar da dieser zu lang ist. Dies war am 24.08. Am selben Tag ein Ticket eröffnet, am selben Tag eine Rückmeldung bekommen dass Screenshots benötigt werden. Diese natürlich geschickt und seitdem gibt es keine Rückmeldung mehr. Auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Kein "Wir kümmern uns drum" oder sonstwas. Geht gar nicht

Ich hab heute bemerkt, dass ich bei Gamivo seit 4 Monaten ein Abonnement hatte, dass ich nicht wissend abgeschlossen habe. Ich fand die Seite gut, aber jetzt nie mehr.
