Gamivo gaming debit my account on Aug 30, 2025 without any purchase made. That's a scam

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a Key for a game, after putting the key into steam it says the key is invalid! I have asked for a refund or a new key and they have refused because I displayed the key!

When I was feeling positive about having my payment refunded for the misleading title of Quake 2 (Quake 2 RTX Version). With partial payment. When I was feeling negative about this, it took them a while to respond to my report on customer service, and images of proof that this key isn't what I wanted. But they responded to my report before, and never communicated with me about my case for a refund for the product.

Takes my money and doesn't delivery key. Stay away

My game got removed from my Steam library. I have contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and they replied. I'm still waiting for the solution tho

Scamming trough a subscription model

It's all good.. until it isn't. This game keycodes webstore (game sellers aggregator?) is quite legit, most of the times i receive my legit keys. Until you receive an invalid one.. refund? good luck getting even a useless answer to your ticket, even with GAMIVO SMART subscription and customer protection paid, you may get straight up ignored, if not left to wait for days between answers to your ticket. I had much better experience with service staff from Eneba and Kinguin, where my tickets were solved in a couple of days maximum, and in matter of hours most of the times. Beware, this is my first and only experience with GAMIVO support, but not their store that usually works well. EDIT: looks like they reply much faster here to reviews than to tickets, bear that in mind, sad that i had to come to this point. This is a review of my experience, not a leverage to get my ticket solved faster, so no point in providing my ticket id, my experience can't be unwinded. If you really interested in solving my ticket, you can find it in "open tickets" section and filter them by "customer awaiting reply" in your help desk software, i'm sure you'll find it sooner or later, now i'm just curious to find out how many more days it would take to be solved, i'll let you know.

I've used Gamivo a few times and not had an issue. I recently bought a key for eshop credit at 20% discount and within around 15 mins my order was confirmed and the key supplied. Redeemed fine on my account with no issues.
