A great service, highly recommend Gair for a positive experience. They fitted a new boiler and updated the taps in the bathroom and ensuite. They are professional and responsive to our questions. Would definitely use them again.

The plumber arrived on time, worked very efficiently and tidily to replace some blocked pipework. He was a lovely young man who made sure everything was working perfectly when he left. I've always been very pleased with the service and quick response by Gair Gas and would thoroughly recommend them.

Harry and an apprentice came to replace 3 TRV's. I could hear from the conversations that Harry really cared about his profession and was giving some pro tips to the apprentice. They were very efficient and all done in less than two hours. My boiler pressure has been dropping for a while but after their visit it has been stable. I'm delighted to be a Home Shield customer as it is fantastic value for money and gives me peace of mind. I know they will do a great job as that would minimise future call-outs. I highly recommend Gair Gas.

I had Harry one of the heating engineers round to check out my boiler and heating system before I could sign up to their cover plan. As I have recently moved in I asked him lots of questions about the boiler and heating system which he was very happy to answer- or he did a good job of hiding it😂 The office staff I have spoken to are excellent too- all very reassuring and feel happy to sign up to their service.

Sam the engineer texted me 15 minutes before arriving. He was very polite and efficient. He gave me useful advice of how to set my central heating and how to cope if I had a leak.

All the work that Gair Gas have done for me has been efficiently and courteously completed. I feel very comforted that I have a contract with them. They are always responsive.

Second time I have used Gair. First time for electrical work, this time for central heating. They are very professional and get the job done in time and cost quoted. After being let down by British gas Home are and Scottish power boiler care I will be taking out they're boiler and central heating cover this year as they are good and reliable.

I called this company in despair as my home/boiler cover company had really let me down and left me without hot water for 10 days (small child, winter, no hot water = stressful) GAIR were excellent from the minute they answered the phone. Engineers were on my doorstep within a couple of hours and fixed the issue immediately. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable engineers. Thank you for coming to our rescue!

The main burner on our gas oven developed an unrepairable leak two weeks prior to Christmas. Two engineers visited to dismantle part of the cooker and identified the fault. Would require replacement parts with a delivery time of two weeks (Xmas eve). Andy and his team pulled out all the stops and supplied and fitted the parts on 20th December. All working successfully. Excellent service from a team who go the extra mile to help their customers. Well done.

Dry professional nice to see an apprentice for a change

Not to the usual high standard. We don’t get a call or text to confirm what time the engineer was coming. But, more so the engineer didn’t reset the timer or the boiler so we were left with no hot water or heating. Luckily we know how to do this but would be concerned if this happened to an elderly parent or someone who was not aware/confident to sort this issue out.

Engineers arrived on time, friendly and informative, efficiently serviced our boiler. 10/10

Had Gair out a few times, most recently for a replacement boiler. Always been good engineers with decent personalities and communication skills. Dealing with their HQ has been good too. Recommended.
