Great service from a polite and respectful young engineer Tyler was professional and respectful of our home and a credit to your comp company Would fully recommend them

My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'. After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required. The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked. A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!! The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs. Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years! GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.

Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.

They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Another good job from Gair Gas - installation of an outside tap. Chaps turned up when they said, did a good clean job, and tidied up. Good price as well.

They have just repaired our fire promptly. Kept informed when the engineer was arriving and their engineers have always been very tidy. We have used this company for many years, I would be pleased to recommend them.

Called Gair as we had an error message on our boiler. Organised an appointment for 2 days later but engineer rang on same day & said he could call that day. Fixed problem & explained what he’d needed to do to rectify problem. Excellent service. We have used Gair previously & would do so again.

The engineer arrived having previously phoned with time. He came in serviced the fire as requested.Asked where the boiler was. Serviced that as requested and told me he'd finished and went. Worked "quietly"with no fuss and cleanly

Appointment booked at a time to suit me. Notified by text of arrival of engineer. Engineer was polite, helpful, friendly and efficient . Boiler serviced with no issues. Have used Gair before and would definitely use them again.

We used Gair Gas for many years, but the service in the past couple of years has been discouraging. They say a part needs replacing and it is guaranteed, but when there are problems they say everything is fine and won’t investigate further. We had to get another company in and pay for a new part and labour

Yearly service

Gair Gas have cared for our heating for many years now and they continue to offer excellent service at competitive prices. We have one of their cover plans and so they send timely reminders when it's time to service the boiler. The engineers are always friendly and message to say they're on their way. From time to time, I compare their prices and services with B Gas and I'm satisfied with what we're getting. I do recommend them.
