We have being Gair Gas for a number of years now, they have always provided a first class service and it was no different this year.

Excellent service on the number of occasions we have used Gair for installation and service work - timely, courteous and efficient.

Very quick to respond lovely staff and engineers were great. We still had a problem and the engineers came out very quickly and fixed the problem. No complaints will be using them again

We normally don't leave reviews, but we felt that GAIR Engineers deserve our compliments and thanks! We took out an Annual Service Plan with GAIR in November 2023. We are extremely pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone. We had a couple of issues with the boiler system and GAIR engineers came out either on the same day (Christmas Eve) or within a couple of days (was not urgent) to investigate and resolve the issues. All engineers were courteous, friendly and explained the problem to us. It goes without saying that we will re-new the Annual Service Plan with GAIR

We had an emergency after finding a damp patch on our hall ceiling. We called Gair Home services as we have a service contract with them, Sam came out within the hour and found that our cold water tank in the loft had a crack in it. The tank was drained and sealed off so no more damage could occur. We were without hot water for a couple of days but that was far preferable to having a ceiling collapsed and carpets damaged. Andy Gair came to assess the job and the new tank was replaced by Rich two days later. Excellent team work, very satisfied customers, thank you.

Replaced kitchen tap. As usual with Gair the work was carried out to a very high standard. A pleasure to do business with.

Keiron repaired my sons sink in his bathroom, and has been back this week to fit a new sink and tap in the kitchen which had been leaking. Excellent job done on both visits. Wouldn't hesitate to use Keiron myself.

Zain was extremely polite and friendly. He also advised on a couple of things on the boiler settings that we could do to save energy. Altogether a very pleasant and useful visit.
