Not to the usual high standard

Not to the usual high standard. We don’t get a call or text to confirm what time the engineer was coming. But, more so the engineer didn’t reset the timer or the boiler so we were left with no hot water or heating. Luckily we know how to do this but would be concerned if this happened to an elderly parent or someone who was not aware/confident to sort this issue out.
