Excellent professional service. New boiler and radiators installed by 2 very professional, competent young men. Would give 6 stars if it was posdible. All work finished to a high stsndard, on time and all clean and tidy when completed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service as always been with Gair Gas since 2005 can’t fault them. We had no hot water and heating this morning. We phoned them, they were out within a few hours and all sorted with parts fitted and tested within approx an hour. Fantastic thank you.

Always helpful, issue occurred after work completed. It happens. No fuss about it, engineers re-arranged to resolve asap for continuing issue and problem sorted

A big thank you to the Gair team for an excellent job in replacing our boiler! The guys arrived on time, were very polite, friendly, clean & helpful. They were open to our requests, going out of their way to ensure we were happy. We would like to say a big thank you to Pete & Chris who did the lion's share of the work! We have also cancelled our British Gas home care policy & taken out a Gair Gas Home Shield Plan based on the service we have experienced so far. Their plans also seem like very good value. Also, to our surprise, a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived from Gair as a thankyou. :-)

Having problems with my central heating in a house I bought a year ago. I’d been on a Gair cover plan some years ago and always found their customer service very good so they were the natural choice to contact. My system was assessed and I was given a quote for the work. The staff were polite, Covid aware and did a tidy job. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend them.

Great service from Gair Gas when I had problems with my water tank and subsequently with my boiler, which was then replaced. Courteous service from everyone and both engineers, Harry and Matt were efficient and tidy, adhering to the safety procedures during lockdown. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gair Gas.

Our boiler failed on the afternoon of New Years eve. I rang the office and the receptionist was so encouraging and assured me that she would get the problem sorted. Less than an hour later an engineer arrived and had the system up and running. I call that excellent service and have no hesitation in giving Gair gas a 5 star rating.

Boiler service and then flue repositioning for safety. 1st time we've used Gair Gas on rec of neighbour. Polite and straightforward with technician and office team too. Happy to use again.

Very happy with the new boiler installation. The engineer was very courteous and his advice on our system, particularly regarding the radiators and old thermostatic valves. Would recommend Gair Gas to anyone wanting a very professional service.

We have used Gair Gas for several years using one of their Service Plans for our heating system. Recently they have done 2 installations for us,a replacement inline shower & a replacement boiler. Ollie did both & is a Top Man for the job. Having said that, we've found ALL the Technicians that have been to our property are the same, helpful & obliging, as are the guys on the phones. All in all a Great Team. The bouquet of flowers received for using a local company & as a little pick me up in these challenging times was a very nice touch. Would always use & Highly Recommend Gair Gas.

Absolutely excellent. Straightforward annual boiler service and gas cert for student tenanted property. All arranged remotely from 100 miles away. Gair Gas only dealt with me once before so hardly a valuable regular customer!! many thanks John Dowsett

Very happy with the service. From the quote through to delivery and installation the service from any of the Gair Gas team we dealt was just brilliant. Prompt, courteous and most of all clean! The work they did wasn't without complexity, but they ensure the right guys were on site for the different stages of the job meaning it was done very efficiently. Even when we had a slight problem with the installation they were back without a quibble to resolve the problem ... which took about 10 minutes to sort out. Very happy with Gair Gas and would definitely recommend.

No central heating for 4 weeks. Gair came round and took control and found the issue. New boiler needed. Very happy with the service and they sent us some flowers as well which the wife loved. Will use them again 👍 Olly was very helpful and professional on his 2 day job.

We had our boiler replaced recently by Gair Gas Engineers. The project was completed on time and to the budget as promised. Gair Engineers dealt with all the issues on the day very professionally and impressed us with their polite mannerism.

The team at Gair Gas executed a fairly complex underfloor heating install, dealing with the challenges in their stride. This, followed by a new boiler installation reinforces the benefits of using local firms not only based on value but also great customer service.
