Phoned yesterday late and they were there the next morning

I have been with Gair Gas for a very many a year. I can honestly say that as a company they come highly recommend by me. They are prompt, reliable, polite, hard working and conscientious.

Service exceeded my expectations. Quite surprised with the level of service received from reporting the problem to it being resolved. Extremely pleasant to talk to a receptionist who dealt with my problem in a very friendly and efficient manner to Pete who surveyed the problem, obtained the part and carried out the repair. From my perspective, couldn't have been better so a very will done and 5 stars to Gair.

Gair Gas were so helpful and amazing service they came out the same day. Rich the Engineer was extremely professional, helpful, and explained everything. I will be changing my Home Care from another provider to Gair Gas. Thank you for giving me a warm house again!

Electrician came and fitted new power socket.He carried out the task very cleanly and tidily. Would recommend them as the whole service was first class.

Engineer called ahead to advise what time he would be calling, Replaced the part quickly and efficiently and soon had the system up and running again, and made sure all was working before he left. Very pleased with the service we have received from Gair Gas.

The engineer, Harry, was very friendly and listened well to what the problem was; after investigation it requires parts and so is not yet resolved. Waiting for parts and a new booking to complete.

Awoke on a cold Sunday January morning to no heating and error messages on the boiler. Called Gair Gas (as I have a cover plan with them) at 0900, engineer called before coming and by 1215 the issue was fixed (pump replacement) under the policy (so no charge). Really great service, thank you.

Woke up this morning with the boiler not working ( on a very cold January morning) rang Gair and the engineer was out within the hour to fix the problem, Great service with a smile. Very pleased with the overall service and reliability. Thank you

The engineer contacted me before arriving. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Everthing was explained . Checks were completed and the engineer left with no sign that he had ever been there

Three engineers came to replace a flue which had been faulty.All three were polite and cleaned up after the job was finished.They were much more pleasant that the engineer sent by the manufacturer.

Incredible customer service and fast response time. We have a home cover plan. Yesterday evening we noticed we had a water leak and it was fixed by lunchtime today. The guys were super helpful, courteous and work was tidy. Highly recommended.

Gair came out as an emergency on a Saturday. The plumber found the sources of the two leaks and quickly isolated them to stop the flow of water. He has ordered the replacement parts.

Zach was very prompt and efficient. His report helped me out of a difficult, pressurised situation. Thanks Zach I'll definitely come back to you next time.

Boiler installed 6 months ago and heating inspection done today pre-home service cover. The process of booking and completion of work was efficient and all the engineers who came were thorough, pleasant and helpful.

Great service as always. Harry serviced the boiler, his first visit to us and he was a very pleasant young man. Checked the loft, although not sure he could see much with all the junk. Checked to make sure I didn’t have any problems and he was happy and I was happy. We always recommend them when someone asks.

As always professional, efficient, very quick response time, problem identified, parts ordered straight away, all sorted, Thanks Pete, Job's a good 'un. Going with Gair Gas and taking out their Gold Service is the best decision I've ever made. Absolutely no regrets.

Really helpful and efficient engineers for what was a very tough job replacing my boiler! I had been let down by a number of other boiler companies due to the complexity of the jobs, and the Gair Gas team were able to complete it. There was an issue with a gas leak but they were back immediately to resolve. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great Service - bit of a wait but as non urgent not a problem- friendly engineers
