As always Gair Gas answered my call immediately and arranged a visit to suit me. When I realised my problem had become more urgent, they sent someone straight round that day. The engineers are always polite, friendly and professional. I would not use any other company and I recommend Gair Gas to everyone I know.

Extremely disappointed my dad is 82 yrs old.His boiler went 10 days ago.He had no hot water for shower.This company left a very vulnerable old man to boil a kettle and use a walking frame and try hold kettle with hot water to put in bathroom sink for a wash. I had to call ombudsman to get advice. When I told G air Gas. They came out that day to change a washer.Why the hell did they leave my 82 Yr father to boil kettle for wash. Please don't use this company.they are not genuine.The owner of company was abroad on holiday while my dad suffered Isn't it surprising that this company only has good reviews no negative reviews??.

We had our annual service for our boiler and the lads were friendly and efficient. Last year we had a problem with the boiler and a young chap called Harry came and fitted new parts and he really was a credit to the company. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about our boiler. Very professional Company 👍

We had a problem with our boiler controller, which turned out to be a new PCB board which was needed. It was diagnosed quickly and accurately, with the new board ordered and installed quickly afterwards. Very pleased with the service from Gair Gas

Gair provided a competitive quote for installation of one new radiator and replacing one radiator. Alex arrived on day and time of appointment and worked tirelessly throughout to complete the work, he discussed what he was doing, was professional and kept the place clean and tidy as he went along. The engineer came to do the yearly service. He was very helpful in talking to us about having a new boiler installed. He went through all the options with myself and my husband. He was very thorough about what boiler we should purchase.

We were delighted with the service we received yesterday from Gair Gas on their first visit here. They serviced our boiler & megaflow, and sent us throrough inspection reports/certificates. Pete also went through a list of plumbing jobs, and we were delighted that he advised that 1 required no action, and another we could solve ourselves. Gair Gas seem incredibly organised, with great processes in place to confirm/remind about appointments, manage payments, and send documentations afterwards. Thank you Pete & Gair Gas !

We had our annual boiler service recently. It was very helpful, to receive a text, advising when the [named] heating engineer was on his way. The young man was friendly, polite and informative. We have been with Gair Gas, for many years and have their Gold Plan, which covers the annual services, as well as many of the basic repairs, that boilers require. They have always provided a great service (pardon the pun) and I'm sure we will continue to use them, for many more years to come.

We have used Gair Gas twice now - once to move our combi boiler from the kitchen to the attached garage, and then to upgrade the combi to a higher rated and more efficient one. On both occasions, the guys were polite, respectful of the property and cleaned up behind themselves. With the boiler change, the engineers also fitted some new radiators. All the work bar one radiator was completed on day one, and we were left with all hot water services available. The guys did good work and were very knowledgeable. We were so impressed we are going to seek a maintenance contract with them. We would recommend Gair Gas to anyone.

Serviced my boiler, no problems at all. I have annual service cover, so any issues they fix. Great company so if you have a boiler, ring them to get a quote for service cover.

engineer came to modify part of the old pipework , fit new pump and valves. completed work within estimated time everything left clean and tidy .
